    This is by far the worst service I've ever encountered. The staff have no idea what they're doing…read moreand instead of helping, they create more problems. I strongly advise not visiting this store for any kind of issue; they will completely mess things up and leave you in a worse situation. Because of their incompetence, I ended up paying over $1,000 for something that wasn't even my fault. The female manager and the employee named Andres were especially unprofessional, dismissive, and careless. Even customer support couldn't fix the mess they caused. This place is a complete nightmare save yourself the stress and go to another location or handle your issue online.

I called ahead to to make sure everything would go smoothly. I talked to a store associate and they said yeah come on down and get one. I went down, and it was oh no you need to be an authorized user. Did that. Went down again and waited 15 minutes before anyone checked me in. Then a total of an hour to be helped. All I wanted was to buy a new phone and all the accessories that go with it but after waiting an hour and then asking how long it would be and being told another 30 minutes at least because an online order than I said so what's my best route. Collette the manager, who said she's nice as my aunt when checking me in, but really isn't....said that's up to me. I said so if you're helping online then I might as well go order online and complain too since I got pushed behind an online order. I said when I'm in person I'm on person not looking at screens. I'm also about to pay a grand and this is horrible customer service. She said everyone's waiting and she's a mom too. Excuse me, that is against horrible customer service. I've been waiting for 1 HOUR+ with 2 babies and I'm about to get your store soooo much money. I honestly felt like the moment I walked in I had nose snubbed at me for having kids. I'm a SAHM and I deserve a new phone too. I don't think I should wait and then get pushed behind an online order. I'm complaining to ATT as high as I can go. I will NOT be doing business at this UN-friendly kid store with horrible customer service. They didn't even have the phone in stock and they still made me wait. They didn't have a good selection of phone cases either. I'll be checking out ANY OTHER STORE. I've been a ATT customer my whole life, I told collette this, and this is the WORST experience I've ever had in my life and I've been to a store before trying to get my service back and possible take my phone number and the guy was way quicker service and nicer!     I went to this store a week ago to get wireless internet and new phones. They weren't open much…read morelater, so I got the internet and said I would come back for phones. An associate, Ty, told me that I could bring the modem for the internet back within 14 days and they would just cancel the deal "like it never happened". Fast forward to today, I had already received my first bill for the internet service. I saw the bill was higher than expected so I went back to the store to ask about the discrepancy as well as get the new phones I had planned on. It turns out, Ty had put me on an upgraded plan without telling me, which is why my bill was higher than I expected. When I pointed out that I had not agreed to a higher plan, he immediately got an attitude. Nevertheless, I proceeded to ask questions about the available plans and the differences in speed...which neither him or the girl there could answer. When his attitude continued, I said just return the modem and cancel it. At this point, they said they could take the modem, but I had to call and cancel. I told them that was another lie now. Ty was getting pretty agitated at this point and so was I, so I told him not to talk to me anymore and just return the item. The girl decided to chime in at that point and claim what I was told weren't lies...even though she wasn't there when the conversation took place, so she would have no idea what was said. So, I told her not to talk to me anymore and just return the item. On my way out, she threw in a nice little "Have the day you deserve", as if I was the one who had lied to them about which plan they were being put on and that it could be easily cancelled. I'm not sure how places like this stay in business. I can see someone going there once, but after dealing with all these lies and self righteous attitudes, I can't see ever wanting to deal with them again. T-mobile is supposedly going to credit back my account for the week I had the service now, but that was after explaining the situation to them. It never was going to be a 14 day trial period like Ty had claimed.

They advertised if…read moreyou switched your provider, they would pay your old phone off or give you $830 in Promotional credits. That was not the case, the sales man did not know what he was doing. The manager of the Decatur store needs to train his employees better. Had to go back and forth four times to the store & we still did not get what they told us we would get. Didn't even get an apology from the store manager for all the problems we had. My advice, don't go to Decatur T- Mobile go somewhere where they know what they are doing. RWS
