Fraudulent! We went in to upgrade an old iphone and we're told, while we don't qualify for a trade-in rebate, that line is eligible for a free upgrade to an iPhone 13. We were told this and several other deceptive things in the act of fraud. This billing statement comes and we find the employee sold and earned commission on: Fraud 1, an additional line with insurance, but not approved by us; fraud 2, the "free upgrade"? no, a payment plan for a retail price iPhone 13 on the account; and, an iPhone 14, only purchased under assumption all other accounts weren't fraudulent lies. Terrible customer service. My anchor store, has gone to low levels. Ordered a phone that was to be delivered to the store. Message shipped out last Monday. I called and did not have my tracking number that would have avoided plenty! Tracked package and was at FedEx as of the 14th, undeliverable. I didn't know why but told they, ATT/Shipper had to call FedEx. Called ATT and some fellow named "John" comes on, knows I'm upset and he goes off talking smack. That they don't have to put with bad language. Idiot didn't even wanna take my number since I had called so many times; two calls and will never call again or have them do squat. Turns out the wonderful young lady that helped me simply did not enter a suite number. Not my mistake but I had to wait and "John" wasn't having it. Very poor representative and I pray the call was recorded. Their mistake yet he was not willing to call FedEx to see what the problem was. Their error and he goes off spouting off I have to go get the phone and bring it over to them. Hey they asked if delivered to me or them. I said them and stupefied is spouting off and wasn't having it. Simple mind; idiot talk. Called the One Stop number for the real ATT and they quickly fixed and I got my phone. That is when it was clear no suite number; not my error yet meathead could not comprehend or fathom they made the mistake much less help me. Went to a real ATT store, not these guys that are now only authorized sales folks for some 3rd party vendor. Guess what we don't have to put up with you loud mouth John. I was upset but ok with the suite omission because I try to be a good guy. Very forgiving; minister, triple chaplain, Prison Ministry; but I'm not dead as a human and refuse to put up with simple minds. Own your conduct and piss poor customer service skills Little Mister John. Be proud and keep making this location shine. On my new 12Pro and get on my Acct and see what I did for accessories! AT&T Store - ATT order they placed without Suite; undeliverable and Little John wanted me to go fetch it for them! - Mobile Phones Near Me - Corpus Christi, Texas

I went to this store to bring in an device for bill credit on my account. I took my place in line another person came in after me. The gentleman who was the AT&T rep was ready to help instead of going to me they went to the other person instead clamming they were there first and the customer was siding with the rep which neither was true when I walked in the store. If you want better service from AT&T there are other locations that will give you better service than this one would and won't take sides I wouldn't bother going to this location till their service improves somehow read more

Store manager there is absolutely reprehensible. I'm not even sure she's the manager since she just sits there and makes excuses not to help customers. Just wants to dwell in laziness. She has been rude to multiple customers multiple times and was appallingly unprofessional. Please get better staff because that employee is inept and wasted my time. NEVER USE AT&T. Went here to set up internet with my apartment - the lady who helped me had no idea what i was talking about and made me show her my email about the internet services from my apartment complex. Then, she set my pin wrong because I know what pin I told her and go home to log onto my account and it says wrong pin. Then, they bill me more than what they said my service was: $60/ month but billed me $130 for a month a half at most. Upon trying to call and cancel, the lady I talked to made me BEG HER to cancel my Fing service after trying to upsell me and get me to stay. Why would I stay when ya'll aren't even billing me the proper amount? Not to mention I never got an email or letter about said bill, so half way through they shut off my wifi. They claimed my service should still work for 20 more days but come home and it's still not working. Maybe if you didn't harass your customers and treat them like they are dumb, people would actually want to use this company. read more

This place is NEVER packed! I love it! They are fast and very attentive. it's your typical AT&T store. It's a little small but they have a good variety of phones, tablets and other items. The only thing they don't offer is cell phone repair. read more

Used this location for years. If anything, they seemed 'over-trained' in customer service. Very attentive. Last couple of times in to store, have been disappointing. The rep summoned me from her perch and was the opposite of helpful. Had charger, phone and cord. And a problem achieving a charge. Chunky monkey wanted my info to process a repair report but didn't have the sense or courtesy to test the various parts. "Couldn't help". More like "wouldn't". I'm still emotionally traumatized by how I was mistreated at this store. I asked to review my billing statement and address the discrepancies.. Robin was curt and I was not impressed with her skills nor her bad disposition and demeanor. I was venting and made a comment that it was best for me to have stayed with Verizon after all and not have made a huge expense to switch companies. Her response was negative and doesn't have pride for her employer nor their products. The staff, mainly the manager, in this store misinformed me on the credits to relinquish my old phone. The manager wud not admit nor apologize for their mistake. Robin demanded I leave the premises or they wud have to call the police to have me escorted out because "I raised my voice". Not that I threatened them nor did I use vulgarity nor did I offend them by name calling nor did I physically threatened her. The staff at this location REQUIRE a people skills course. They do not have integrity, they are immature, dismissive, not emphatic, they cud care less Headquarters needs to review their staff at this location and they should be reprimanded for their hostile behavior. read more

I was quick in, I was quick out, i got what I wanted, and now my service is with AT&T. I was with T-Mobile but my apps stopped working on their service although it still would work through Wi-Fi in my house on the same device. Had to change carriers because I use my phone apps to do my job. Thankfully they answered all my questions and got me converted and my phone number ported very quickly. read more

AT&T is the absolute worst carrier in Corpus Christi. Do yourself a favor- SWITCH to Verizon or Sprint. TWICE- ATT over charged me for a year of a non-existent phone line- $47 a month. I went in about a year ago and upgraded my iPhone. At that time I cancelled my iPad data too. They continued to charged me for my old phone and its service which I cancelled and was not receiving. Why? Because someone at this store did not make a notation that I wanted it cancelled when the contract expired and bought a new phone. Is that my fault they forgot to make the notation? No. Their "customer retention" operator on national line- offered me $50 credit and $20 less per month. That's completely unacceptable and terrible customer retention.
