An unkind gentleman named Chris tried to tell both myself and Nikki i couldnt exchange the phone for a different brand or return it all together. Nikki did not give up on me she kept calling and trying to help me. She called A lovely woman named Denise and she was able to assure me that they were on my side and that she wanted to help. After about an hour of me being a pain asking about specs and camera quality differences both nikki and Denise set me up with a LG X Charge.
