One writing called them "facing extinction" and most of us thought they went OOB. They never did. In fact, they are over 100 years old and kicking! Even back in the day when they closed thousands of stores and endured multiple bankruptcies, they still trekked along. This location is going strong, especially since relocating from the old K-mart mall on M-66. The folks I met were down home friendly and extremely knowledgeable. There is a little cell phone activity, but this is still the place where you pick up all your electronic repair needs. Rows of capacitors, diodes, switches and the boards to assemble them on. I didn't get through the entire store today (it's pretty a big place and Mrs. E was on the warpath to go to Thursday farmers market). But I bought a new soldering iron and a Volt/Ohm meter. The prices are pretty decent. I did notice a gentleman repairing what looked to be an android. They can replace batteries and do repair work on cameras and tablets. Probably more. 10/23

T-mobile-- this experience was a fail in my book. Specifically I am disappointed with the service…read morethat was promised and the results. The team was courteous and professional. I am a long time T Mobile customer and I went in yesterday to purchase a new iPhone 11. My old iPhone was old and had started to fail. I had to travel 2 hours to get to the store so I had planned to spend as much time as needed to ensure the transfer of information from my old phone was completed. When I arrived around 2 I was the only customer. Colby assisted me and after we completed the purchase, I told him I would run some errands while the new phone transferred everything. I told him and the other sales person that the most important thing was to have all of my information from my old phone transferred (photos/ apps/ contacts, emails, etc). I ran errands and after 45 minutes I came back. I was told the transfer had failed and they had to restart from the beginning. This was actually ok. I understand that things go wrong. I reminded them that it was fine, I had time, but the most important thing was to transfer the information. After about another 30 minutes my photos had transferred along with the contacts. I was told the apps would transfer in the next few hours. Today is the next day and NO apps have transferred and this really infuriates me. I have about 50 apps and I'm very unhappy that I was told the transfer would occur and it didn't. I stressed to them over and over that I wanted the information transferred and I had set aside several hours to do so. The emails didn't transfer either and I understand that I will have to automatically update all of these, but the apps? I was charged $20 for the transfer too. $20 to transfer my photos (which actually required me to download Google photos to do so so they could linked via the cloud) and my contacts). Fortunately I didn't do a trade in and my old phone is still operational, so I can continue to update my new phone with all of the apps from the old.

A learning experience that I want to share with you!!! LOST PHONE…read more I lost my phone at the checkout at Walmart. As soon as I got in my car I realized it. I went back into Walmart and no one had turned it in. The At&t store is in an adjacent parking lot so I went there. They put a block on my phone so it could not be used to dial out of. They advised me to go home to my computer and log into Icloud and use the "Find my phone" option and to print the location . I went further into the application and it said what to do if you don't have access to your phone and it was add a number for whomever has it to call that number so I did that and it also has an option to play beep so i did that several times and my phone was now at Walmart Customer Service so they called the phone number on the screen Which displayed a message that said, "Call and let me know location of phone."So the employee did and I was able to retrieve my Lost Phone!!!. Note: iIf it was stolen from Walmart it would have showed it's location and that is why I was supposed to print it as I could have taken it to police and they would have retrieved it from the known location.
