He also took the initiative to see how much my old phone was worth incase I wanted to trade in, and told me how to maybe fix it back at home as it was stuck in a software update! A learning experience that I want to share with you!!! LOST PHONE…read more I lost my phone at the checkout at Walmart. As soon as I got in my car I realized it. I went back into Walmart and no one had turned it in. The At&t store is in an adjacent parking lot so I went there. They put a block on my phone so it could not be used to dial out of. They advised me to go home to my computer and log into Icloud and use the "Find my phone" option and to print the location . I went further into the application and it said what to do if you don't have access to your phone and it was add a number for whomever has it to call that number so I did that and it also has an option to play beep so i did that several times and my phone was now at Walmart Customer Service so they called the phone number on the screen Which displayed a message that said, "Call and let me know location of phone."So the employee did and I was able to retrieve my Lost Phone!!!. Note: iIf it was stolen from Walmart it would have showed it's location and that is why I was supposed to print it as I could have taken it to police and they would have retrieved it from the known location.

**Unwelcoming and Poor Customer Service** I visited the…read morestore on June 23th at 10:30 am, and found only one employee present, who was assisting another customer. Despite entering and waiting for nearly **10 minutes**, I was completely ignored--not even a simple acknowledgment or greeting. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy, especially when making an effort to support a business. Very disappointing experience; I hope management addresses this lack of professionalism.

I recently went to purchase a new iPhone 16 Pro at this facility and had a bad experience…read more First Issue...apparently if you want to be authorized on your account, you can't just do it right then or there. It takes 24 hours. My purchase got errored out and I was told to come back the next day. Second Issue... came back the next day and they ordered the wrong color. Later that night I received an email with the incorrect color and decided I would head back the next morning to correct. That next morning they set aside a brand new iPhone 16 Pro (correct color this time) that had apparently shipped in the night before. They told me that once I received the iPhone I had originally ordered (the wrong color one) I could come back and do the exchange. Third Issue...when I came back to do the exchange, just days later, the iPhone set aside for me was no longer there and they had no answer as to why. Sure, the people here are nice, but the customer service is non-existent. The employees there did nothing to make me feel like a valued customer. I was just another order. Besides looking at their iPad, I feel as though there is nothing the employees can do to actually help the customer. Even if they put something aside, you can't guarantee it will still be there. No one seems to be on the same page.

I would like to give a great "Thanks" to Carole at this AT&T site. We have been to this location…read moreseveral times over the years - setting up overseas service for trips to London and Paris for example - but we have never received better service than we did from Carole. Sometime about last Wednesday, my wife's iPhone 13 suddenly stopped showing any e-mails or allowing her to access them. She tried finding help online with AT@T and by phone with absolutely no help. Desperate, we drove into the AT&T location on the north side of Petoskey from up by Cross Village. Carole met my wife, introduced herself, asked questions about the difficulties she was having, and, within 15 minutes had identified the problem, found the missing e-mails, and totally resolved the issue. i want to give Carole a really big Thumbs-Up. Whenever we need assistance with either of our phones in the future, we will ALWAYS seek out Carole for assistance!

After seeing AT&T response I did call the store and asked for the Manager. That was 2/27. The…read moremanager was not available but they assured me they were working on getting the account corrected and that the manager would be calling me. It s 3/10 and I have not received a call. The check to pay off the phones has cleared. I have not received an updated bill. I have received nothing other than email offers to purchase added AT&T products like tv etc. That isn't going to happen. I am cutting losses and moving on from At&t. I will not be posting any further on this matter. Ed D
