Recently we had an issue were a section of the screen stopped working. Went back to Zagg and they had excuses for everything. We even had a Zagg screen protector on the phone. They said that the reason for the part of screen not working is due to the phone falling which it had not. So, this to them was the reason for the failure. They also said the warranty on their labor is 1 month. If anyone is planning on using them or their hardware I would rethink it. They are not reputable; they do not stand behind their product or their labor.

Went in to the store today and the manager said she hadn't heard anything about it and blamed me for not going in to the store, and refuted that I'd even contacted them. They never answer their store phone (not surprised when the manager has D tier customer service) so it rings to GoWireless's other stores and corporate offices I guess. When I mentioned that I had called more than 10 times and never got an answer, the manager said their wifi was down so they can't answer the phone. I asked if it had been down for months, somewhat joking but clearly irritated, and she got pissed. After I let her know I'd like it handled in about a week or I'd be filing a small claims court case, she said I was bombarding her and told me to leave as she stormed away from me. Terrible, hilariously poor customer service skills from basically every employee in the store. It's worth the drive to go to literally any other Verizon store in the area.

What a huge mistake, there were only 3 people in the store and one employee (a younger boy) when I went in ( no greeting ) as he finished up with a young man in the store he finally addressed me. I believe he said I'll be a minute and went over to a young lady who had been there when I came in which was fine since she was there before me. He checked on something going on with backing up her phone and then came back over to assist me in replacing my screen protector that I had dropped and cracked. I've never felt like more of an unwanted customer. He said it would be $12.00 and I told him I usually go to the South Logan Zagg store and they charge me $10.00. He didn't bother to explain that the price had gone up ( if that is the case ) since I last visited my regular Zagg store and he made it seem like replacing my screen protector was something he would rather not be doing with his time. I will never visit the North Logan store again. Whenever I go to the South Logan store I am always welcomed in and I am treated almost as if I am family ( on the good side ). I have never felt unwelcome at any other store except the North Logan store.

They truly do care about the customer and are not just trying to make a sale on fixing something if truly there is not a broken feature.

Yesterday some young gal and even younger kid ruined the entire experience. My dad had the same issues. He left the phone with them for almost 2 hours and quoted $50.
