Seriously, how does this place stay in business? Is it some kind of tax write-off? We pass by there often, no customers or one customer in the parking lot. We have shopped there a couple of times but one clerk in the entire store. Hard to find items. Then down the street at ACE, half full parking lot to nearly completely full. Prices too high as well. Sad to see such a nice looking place lose favor with buyers. And how do you stay in business with no search ability like all the competition? read more

I have rented equipment 3 times from this place, here is how 2 of the 3 times have gone. I schedule the equipment for 8am - noon, she shows up at 8:25am and by the time I am ready to leave the parking lot it is 8:55am. That has cost me $45 just to wait, this has happened 2 times now. When I returned the equipment an hour early I don't get a sorry about this morning let me make it right, oh no I get, "You're an hour early, I'm going to have to change you for that hour" Well Southfork I hope you enjoy the $200 you made off me because that is the last dime you get from me. Brigham City has Ace Hardware and 5th West Rental. I suggest anyone needing to rent equipment check out either of those places or head to Ogden or Logan, trust me the extra drive time will save you time and money. read more

The new and improved hardware store is incredible! I like the new setup and it is super clean and the parking is easy access.

I was in your store today to buy a gas can. I went up to the register to pay. There was a person in line, but after listening to the conversation for a minute, it was easy to tell that the customer and the cashier were just having a conversation. I waited there for 4 more mins before the cashier and I made eye contact which made the person in line look at me. He told me "oh just go around me." The cashier rang me up had me sign the receipt and then handed me my receipt. The cashier did not say one word to me. She did however continue the conversation with the other person just standing in the line during my entire transaction. I did not get a "hello", I did not get a "sorry for the wait", I didn't even get a "thank you" for coming in and buying something. I could have very easily gone to Walmart or any other hardware store to buy a gas can, and probably for a few dollars less too. However I decided to come into your store, give you my money, to support a local business. I will no longer be coming into your store ever again because your employees do not value your customers. I will drive out of my way to get what I need in the future, I will not support your store anymore. read more

HORRIBLE PLACE. Over-inflated prices, products that are years old because of it, and disgusting animal conditions. A truly apathetic business that shouldn't exist. Stay far away. read more
