I dropped it off here and the guy who fixed it texted me later and explained what the issues were and also offered assistance with other miscellaneous things (normally other PC shops charge extra for this). Being a student in Waterloo without a car, picking it up wasn't exactly feasible in the snow. I asked him if he could drop it off and perhaps have a look at my SSD (which came AFTER I gave him the PC) At my place, he set up the SSD and left. Not long after, I let him know I was having trouble installing the OS on the SSD. He offered to stop by and take a look at it, and of course fixed it. (It turns out that the computer was only recognizing one of the drives) This was all for a flat rate of 80$~. Overall, this was the best experience I've had at a PC repair shop. Highly suggest going here especially with newer builds.

That being said, I went in today and after chatting with three people, the lifetime warranty screen cover was not honoured and we didn't even get the magnetic case that's falling apart, that of which ALSO had a lifetime warranty purchased through Best Buy. Simply put, all be it cleaver, Best Buy no longer deals with those suppliers of products that I purchased the lifetime warranty on. After saying my phone is too old, after saying I can purchase another brand cover or even a new phone, I walked away before my frustration got the best of me. Be aware and beware when dealing with Best Buy. They are very creative with their dance to get out of product protection you purchase with them. After years of dealing with this very same Best Buy for both business (12 sites) and personal use, they have lost a multi-purchase customer today. Be aware. Be very aware.
