Anyway, after that, the next day I discovered that the microphone wasn't working - that was quickly diagnosed and repaired (no charge) and then when the keyboard wasn't working (the following day), that too was repaired promptly and without charge. The guys are positive, honest and stand behind their work. No blaming. The only advice I would offer, is to ensure that a complete function check is done before the phone leaves the shop,.. But I can't be hard on them for this, because I saw many people (phone addicts) lining up to get their phones fixed and like addicts of any kind, the customers want their phones back FAST!

I went to Apple & got it serviced checked turned out he charged me $630 to put a screen that should've been recycled on my laptop. Told me it was brand new & apple warranty covered. In the end I got my money back thank god! He said basically I'm lucky he's giving me a refund because the screen is cracked. But if it wasn't for the screen cracking I wouldn't have know that he used recycled screen and charged me $630 for it.

It took the Apple Store 2 days just to evaluate my Macbook, only to tell me the repairs would cost more than a new one. I brought the same Macbook to these guys. They opened my Macbook right away, briefly showed me some of the stuff that was wrong with my Macbook, took a closer look at it over the day and got back to me with their full analysis within 24 hours. I even saw some guy walk in with his broken iPhone, get it repaired, and walk out with his fixed iPhone within 20 minutes! They always ask customers when they need their stuff back by, and they work hard to get it back to you by that time. In the end, my Macbook needed too many repairs to get it fixed, but they offered a trade-in and gave me a good deal on a refurbished laptop. Definitely recommend these guys.

So the next day I rushed in 1 hr before he closed. He had 2 other phone to work on and we gave him my wife's old iPhone 6+ to replace the battery for $60. He told me my phone will be $25 for a cleaning and if that doesn't work $70 to replace the SIM card port. I foolishly told him I would bring it back in 2 days. We then went to wait in the mall while my wife's battery was being replace. I check a repair shop there and they carelessly ripped open my phone and told me $225 to fix my phone and then went to another stupid used iPhone sales and repair shop in the mall and they told me my phone was destroyed and it would cost $519 to replace it. Obviously I didn't choose any of those options. Johnny called us back 30 min later letting us know my wife's phone was finished. We went there and I told him I wanted him to fix my XR after all. He opened it up very very carefully and showed me exactly what the problems were. He showed me where the water inside can be seen. He stayed after store hours with me and fixed it in 15 minutes. He ended up charging me only $25 for the cleaning and my phone works as good as new. I offered a $5 tip but he refused and simply asked for a good review. I gladly agreed!!
