This company gets 5 STARS , Especially Misty Adcock I have to say for once I'm doing business with a company that values my time and presence. I've been insured for a good while now and from the first day I step foot into that small little business on the corner of 163rd in North Miami Beach I knew this is a place I were I would want to do business. If there is any issue whatsoever Misty is right on top of it. Even goes a step further to make sure I receive a text or call every month to confirm everything is good whether it be my bill is coming up , renewal date is Close etc , just rest assure she is on it. I was on the phone for an hour with misty and while she assisted me with all my questions and concerns I applaud you, just had to take time out of my day to say good work and keep doing your Thing it will pay off. read more

My first 6 month policy was perfect I had Misty help me out with everything and she explained everything to me and was a wonderful help. Due to her wonderful service I decided to renew another 6 month policy but Misty was busy during that time so someone else helped me. That person was terrible and lied. I was suppose to pay around the same price as my previous plan and the only way was to put a bit more as my down payment. Everything went well until my 4 month now I'm being charged $100 extra for my last few months. At first I was told I didn't pay the previous month but when I showed proof that I did all I was told were bullshit and lies. If your not dealing with Misty don't waste your time and hard earned money on such dishonest people. read more

i was with Assureus North Miami Beach for a while. I then took a new policy and added my son. They quoted me exactly the same as what I was paying previously. How wonderful you might think. No sooner was the ink dry on the contract they began taking money out of a ccard I had used once. Knowing I was bringing my information within the month and that card was not on the document as payment. THEN....... as soon as the ink was dry, they doubled up my payment and took it on the credit card (which was not mine)... and when I queried this I received so many lies. I called the company they had insured with... and heard a different story. Now the policy has gone up over $100 a month and they will not reimburse the $600 they took illegally. Do not use. I rate them minus 5 stars They also had someone else on my policy in a separate payment for his car. Someone I don't even know. They know what they are doing is wrong read more

I had a homeowner's insurance policy with the company for 10 years. The line behind my toilet broke and my house was flooded. I called Assure Us but was given no assurance. Immediately they said "It's not covered, there's nothing you can do". You would think the agent would help me understand the policy better or recommend a different type of policy. Maybe explain a closed peril vs open peril policy? They were extremely unhelpful. I changed insurance providers and for the first time in a decade Assure Us called me, wondering how they can get my business back. I was like, "Is this a joke?" The worst company ever, good riddance! They put so many addendum and exceptions and waivers on my policy that even the best attorney could not help me. They were baffled that a policy could be written so against a homeowner.
