We had a fairly significant repair to our vehicle, totalling approx 20k and it was complete and utter frustration dealing with Cam and his staff. Nobody appears to know anything. The phones are rarely answered and a voicemail asking for a call back is ignored. Not to mention that the car repair was not up to par... Parts not fixed back properly, paint not repaired correctly. This was a new luxury vehicle and I regret going to carstar pickering as it's been issues ever since. Additionally, there is definitely some shenanigans going on with them and Discount car rental in the same building that they urge you to use for your loaner vehicle. They are another shady bunch but that is for a separate review.
