I got a letter over a year ago from them saying they were dropping me from my auto insurance next renewal. So I went and found a much better deal with home and auto insurance with Farmers. That was over a year ago now. Today, 7/20/2026, A few a little over a month, I received a bill for Auto insurance over $1300, and a bill for home insurance almost $8000. Which I was surprised that I was getting anything from them because I do not have insurance with them. Now over the weekend, I got a notice from a collection agency. Again, I do not have service with Liberty, and never will again. This company is out of control, and I am turning them into the Insurance Commission Office here in Texas. Hands down, the worst company I have ever had in my 45 years of insurance. I encourage people to stay away from Liberty Mutual, they are not worth the headache.
