The worst company EVER! In the process of a claim right now where a gate hit my truck! Then they do an investigation and do recorded affidavit with both me and then my husband. A few days later Stephanie has Gina call us and let us know that they will only cover the light bezel even though the hook on the gate damaged the side panel right by the bezel!!! They also would not cover the bumper or the grill where it hit! Gina said Stephanie decided we would need to file 3 extra claims, one for each thing. Obviously so we would have to pay our $500 deductible 3 more times When it is time to renew I will take my $6,000 I pay them yearly and find a different company to give my money to!

I disputed the at fault showing up and they corrected it but only in house. According to everyone else's records it still shows that I am at fault. I have tried for months to get it corrected and have gotten only empty promises of it being remedied. I've spent hrs on the phone being transferred from person to person. Liberty mutual company policy states that all corrections will be shared with anyone they've shared my information with in past 7 yrs within 10 days... I'm still waiting 4 months after the fact.
