Just as impressive as taking my rake, using said rake, not returning the rake, having it on camera, and two weeks out trying to get said rake back or just financial compensation for it with no results to show. Actions tend to speak louder than words or text messages from Matthew in this case. They also left some pretty deep ruts in my yard from the skid steer loader they were using and communication between Grabill and his crew is lacking. They started cutting up the main trunk when it was not needed as I was going to cut and haul the wood away for my Grandparents since they use it for firewood for the winter and made splitting that wood a bigger hassle. I have no issues with contractors using the tools I leave out, but not returning it is very un-professional and two weeks out of not returning it or financially compensating me for it tells me they have no respect for your property or items on your property. So I guess make sure you have everything put up and double, triple-check your property before you pay them. Maybe then you will have a chance of getting it back.
