He set up the appointment for today and he was here by 9 am. He worked on the existing gas line termination and the new gas line and he was done before 12 noon. We have called Dennis and his wife few months ago with installation of a gas line for our gas dryer. And they did a great clean job. What I love about this small company is that they don't make us wait too long to come and get the job done.

If you value good people doing good work, I highly recommend Assurance Plumbing and Sean! 10 stars!

We've been using PT Plumbing for a number of years, but unfortunately the quality and…read moreprofessionalism have drastically fallen. George came out to fix our outdoor spigot and should've used a hose bib. Not only did he not use a hose bib, but he used a pipe that was too small. This resulted in a pipe that easily moved and ripped our wall siding off. In trying to get him to fix his mistake under the warranty, he dodged our calls for weeks. When he finally came out, he didn't ring the doorbell or talk to us, he just started drilling into the wall. He said he saw nothing wrong with what he did before, but then asked why he hadn't put a hose bib on initially. He proceeded to make remarks like "this is what you get for free" and "what even needs to be fixed?" And the final product was even worse than the initial. It's now a mess of glue, plastic pieces, and a wood block drilled into our siding. We absolutely do not recommend George with PT Plumbing. He's unprofessional, rude, dismissive, and does really poor work.

And given the quality of his work, his rates are excellent. Above and beyond his considerable plumbing skills, he's also an artist in the way he runs the pipes and mounts other equipment involved. Most recently when he installed a tankless water heater for us ... artfully! Most important he's an excellent communicator and delivers on all his promises. I should add we've had David take care of all of our elderly mother's plumbing requirements and she raves about how nice he is! Later this year he'll be repiping our entire home. It's a huge job but we know it will be done perfectly and economically. Legit this company earns 10/10 in every category. I highly recommend them to you!

His honesty and clarity made me feel like I could genuinely trust him, which hasn't always been my experience with other companies. I have to start off this review with a critique of the other reviews. If you were to listen to the…read moreother reviews, you would think bad of this company. I'm here to tell you this has to be one of the best experiences I have ever had with a small family owned company. The integrity that Joel the owner showed is just the best. I try my best to use locally owned companies in Flagstaff and give them a chance to earn my business. I have tried to get service or a replacement fireplace here in Flagstaff for years. All the other companies do not even want to take a look at repairing my fireplace. They all want to replace it. Joel and Wizard's talked to me about evaluating the fireplace before any recommendations. Wow! What a refreshing experience. Joel did a thorough job at looking at all the parts of the fireplace. Explained as he went. I had no idea that the gas fireplace logs "must" be set in a specific configuration for the unit to work properly. He looked up the manual and made sure the fireplace was set up correctly. Once he did his evaluation he got it working in no time at all. Again.... He got my fireplace to work rather than push me to buy a new one like the competition. The value in being able to save over $15,000 was incredible. How can anyone write a bad post or review when clearly this man is genuine and honest!!! I can't stress enough that this is a great company and worth it to you to try them. I will most certainly have them back to do the proper maintenance and when it's truly the time to replace this fireplace Joel and Wizard's will earn my business.

This is the second time Jason has been here and he is very good. My complaint comes with the fee charged $497 for a 45 minute job. They don't offer a Senior discount but when I called I was informed that had I had the job done between Memorial day and Labor day I would have gotten a 10% discount. Nice that they never informed me of that after ALL these years. I probably wouldn't have done that because I wouldn't have wanted anyone up on my roof in temperatures of 100 +. I'll be looking for someone else. So much for loyalty.
