They dominate the news cycle 24/7 with fresh reporting on affairs ranging from international economic policy to the local dog catcher election. Their reporting acumen is 100% My favorite is the Word on the Street column, where they ask local New Yorkers what they think about various topics. The stock picks are always 100% accurate. Their financial forecast is like they're making the world's policies, and just telling us what's happening. Their local press offices in Pyongyang, North Korea are my main source of information on what the Supreme Leader is up to. I used to get this newspaper free on the University of Texas campus, but I haven't been able to find physical copies in a while. So now, like 7.3 trillion other people across the globe, I used to subscribe by mail. Now I gotta read it online. Fun news fact: The Onion forecast the nuclear secrets found at Mar-A-Lago three years before it actually happened.

My family are of traditional conservative Chinese ancestry and Sing Tao Daily enables us to be well informed of news and current world events. This newspaper is written in traditional Chinese characters. It does enable the reader subscriber a home away from home for the overseas Chinese. Home delivery has always been on point for four decades, with several delivery exceptions due to inclement dubious weather which prevent access.

We have a camera outside so we can confirm that the paper was not delivered inside our fence the days it was missing. Personally I think the driver just toss the paper out his window since I saw on the camera that on a few occasions the paper was kicked under our gate. When we call the paper a angry lady usually tell us that our gate is locked (we don't have a lock mechanism on the gate) and that's why he don't deliver the paper when the truth is that he just toss it out his window. I don't understand why the paper think they do us a huge favor deliver? They pay the delivery driver and we pay the paper so nothing is free and should not be treated as a favor.

An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.

It is cool to have a free paper that will entertain you for more than 5 minutes. It just keeps you in the know of what is going on. Ads in there also for places like Barcade, tell of upcoming events East/West beer ngiht and so on. I was actually revising and looking over that very issue again earlier today. (Jan5-18, cover had a story of 48 hours with a certain rock star). That title in itself makes it blog worthy and worth an actual look at the article which was very interesting. One guy actually talked about his waking up in the morning routines of eating cinnabons then alot of other healthy crap like squash, broccoli, beats, and kale but then use of some kinds of drugs. Ironic in that he seemed like a health nut with the food he actually consumed but used drugs and abused alcohol left and right. The bar and restaurant directory in the back makes alot of Brooklyn bars seem very appealing. I have also seen a few spots in there of places us yelp eliters got to sample at one point or another like Nita Nita and Woodwork. Thanks for the Reco's guys. Oh yeah then there is a sex with the natural redhead section on the back page, it is usually very funny stuff that explicitly involves penetration and sexual operations. Some more inappropriate than others. Overall- Yes, thank god it is free, I check out your magazine and now I need to look for the latest issue.

Personally, I best enjoyed the "Unemployment Issue" April/May 2010 as levity breaks the sadness of today's ailing economy.

Sure DC has Batman, Superman, and others but in my opinion Marvel has done a much better job bringing their heroes to the big screen and telling a long term story. Stan Lee was the man and his cameos in these flicks we always looked forward to. I still get a kick out of seeing that delivery truck with his smiling face painted on it along with images of the heroes he developed. So very cool.
