I called yesterday and they got us in the same day which was such a relief bc she was in pain but also trying to balance her work schedule. The staff is very efficient so we were in and out but all very warm and kind. We didn't feel rushed in and out. They took great care of her, even called today to follow up and check in on her. I hope we don't have any oral surgery needs in the future but if we do I know where we will be going! I decided to also come here and get a cleaning and a full set of of x-rays. I checked in and filled out paperwork with Marilyn, who was very nice. She researched my insurance and let me know ahead of time the cost. Chis was my hygienist and she spent a good amount of time taking panoramic x-rays and really cleaning my teeth. Chris was very upbeat, cheery and pleasant. She was very conscious to check with me to make sure I wasn't experiencing any pain. Once she was done Dr. Parnika Bhatag came in examined my teeth and gave me a plan to get back on track. Dr. Bhatag was very professional, along with her entire staff. The office itself was very neat clean and comfortable. Soft Care Dental is located in downtown Warren in the strip mall near Alfie's Restaurant. There is plenty of free parking. Soft Care Dental also has evening hours during the week. You can book your appointments online, or call like I did. Me personally, I always double check my appointments.
