Despite not having a referral, I was given an appointment time only about 3 weeks out from the call. I should have been worried - what doctor has such good availability? I told the person making the appointment that as part of the care I wanted to be seen for, I needed a diabetic foot exam. Showed up 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time to be told that I was 2 hours early (ok, maybe I wrote the time down wrong) but when I said I'd go run errands and come back the receptionist said to stay, and they'd fit me in. They did, an hour and 45 minutes later, or 15 minutes before the "correct" time. (That correct was in quotes because on visit number 2 the same person who said I came early told me that I'd given them the wrong phone number on the firms I'd hand written. Nope, she just transposed 2 digits). Ok, so inattentive or maybe inadequate office staff. After waiting another 45 minutes (so 1/2 hour after my "correct" appointment time) in the exam room, the doctor came in. She said I had a plantar fasciitis, meaning a callus that had grown fully into my skin. Five minutes of shaving that, and a callus on my other foot, then nail clipping and a prescription for my (sorry) fungus, and she was gone. No diabetic foot exam. Come back in 2 weeks. But first, wait 15 more minutes for someone to come use a machine to smooth the cut nails. Visit 2: no wait. Also, no doctor; the RN only sees me. She uses the file/smoothing machine on my calluses, trims my nails. And when asked for one, tells me that the practice DOES NOT GIVE diabetic foot exams - despite offering board certified foot care. Come back in a month. Visit 3 the doctor comes in, asks the nurse what she wrote in her notes about the callus I came in for at the first visit (meaning she hadn't even glanced at my file). Oh, wart! Let out some acid in it and cut your nails again. Cutting the nails and that topical medicine are what you need for that yellowing nail fungus (which seems not to have improved). No further visits for me! I suggest you stay away too.

I found them anyway from $45.00 to $68.00 free shipping. So now my trust in her is broken, I called the office and canceled all upcoming appointments. NOW she gets nothing, Amazing what people will say or do to befit their financial gain.
