Her staff are pleasant and professional. They take my insurance. My husband does not have dental insurance but they have a reduced fee plan for people without insurance.

When I made my appointment, they offered to arrange for the exam and possible root canal in the same visit to save me a trip, which I agreed to. I was seen promptly and an x-ray and exam indicated that I did not need the root canal. I was very relieved and appreciative that they didn't perform the procedure when it wasn't necessary. Unfortunately, the way healthcare works often is that doctors get paid per procedure, and they had already scheduled in that time, so there were multiple incentives here to perform the root canal one way or the other. I'm grateful that Dr. Dahlkemper was honest about the fact that I did not need one and sent me home early.

Didn't explain anything ahead of time, including interrupting me when I panicked and raised his voice with me enough that it brought me to tears. And snapped even though I was crying. Was not fully numbed and felt the procedure, even though he said I wouldn't. Also told me twice during the numbing portion of it - told me that it was my fault. My fault that I was there. No sedation during or pain killers for after the root canal, either.

The practice uses AI to analyze x ray imagery and 3D imagery of teeth- everyone knows how prone AI is to hallucinations- and relies on that for diagnosis. Practice is also prone to overtreatment of small caries that can often remineralize on their own. Glad I got a second opinion.

August Tooth was extracted somewhere else. That place told me (as an aside) that it was probably unnecessary. (Also would not recommend that procedure) I trusted Verona Dental in their judgement and paid in advance for the temporary + permanent bridge. October The temporary bridge fell out. I called and left messages asking for it to be reattached asap while we waited for the permanent bridge. I talked to the front desk. I left messages several times. I urgently needed it put back in, and I was told it would be fixed. November I arrived at the appointed time and they were running 45m late. I rescheduled. December I needed the temporary bridge to be reattached. I got in and it was reattached. They said January I would get the permanent bridge. Then the temporary bridge came off -- the very next day after my appointment. I called and left a message about the situation and I did not receive a reply. I should not have to call in again. My concerns should be addressed. I have not received anything close to a resolution. I was told I would have a permanent bridge. Six months later: No bridge. No tooth. No temporary bridge in my mouth. All I have are parts in a bag, and these parts should be in my mouth, not in a bag. $4000 in out of pocket expenses and I have nothing to show for it. I feel I have been incredibly patient. Is this a scam? Disappointed in the quality of service. The lack of communication, the substantial cost. I would not recommend. Zero stars.

We waited, we wanted to USE HIS Insurance benefits on his work. They never did it correctly so we had to pay the full sum out of pocket!! ‍ -After we spent $20,000 with DR K! -I believe ALL this occurred bc he had office staff that were embezzling? -Dr K called us asking if we could go to OUR Bank to get a copy of our $18,000.00 CHECK to see WHERE it was deposited!
