Picked up late. Booked cab the night before. Cab then drove to wrong train station. Missed my train. Totally unreliable.

Well 20 minutes was an hour later got picked up at 5am got to BWI WHERE UPON WE WERE TOLD WE ARE TO LATE AND THAT THE BAGGAGE WAS SHUT, BOARDING WAS DONE THEY WERE READY TO SHUT THE DOOR. There were no flights available for us they have put us on standby and if we don't get on we will have to pay an extra $170.00 each for a flight tomorrow (monday) We have business appointments and work to do in California. Do not use this company. Worst service ever. Does not care if you miss your flight or not. Made…read morea 4am pick up reservation. Conformed the night before and at 3:30am that morning. Was told we had a driver assigned and will be there at 4:00 am. Received a call at 4:20 that the driver was 20 mins away. Driver showed up at 4:50. It was raining hard and the driver would not back up to my garage and would not help with with my suitcase. We told them we had three suitcases. The car was a compact that barely could hold my suitcases. We called to complain and was rudely hung up on. Needless to say we missed our flight and had all other flight for today are full. We had to reschedule to the next day and charged a $175 change for each of two tickets. Not to mention the important meetings that I had scheduled for that day. No wonder taxis are going the way of the dinosaurs and being replaced my Lyft and Uber. Will never use a taxi service again especially this company.

This is the absolute worst run cab company in the history of cab companies. The way they structure…read moretheir business is awful. Here's how it works: You call the main number to schedule a pick up (even for the next day). They take down your information and tell you you're good to go. However, what they DON'T tell you is that they don't assign jobs to drivers (as is done with most cab companies). Instead, drivers choose whatever jobs they want to take. So, if one of their drivers doesn't take your job, you are out of luck. And of course, you don't find this out until a) you get a call 5 minutes before your scheduled pick up that Cab Connection is "still working on getting your ride." Gee thanks. or b) you don't even get a call at all and have to follow up with them when you realize that there is no cab there to get you at your scheduled time. The best part is when you do get the call 5 minutes before your cab is supposed to be there, the operator asks if you still need a cab! Nope, actually I came across a flying magic carpet last night so I'm good, thanks! So you tell them yes, of course you still need a cab to which they say okay, they will continue looking for one. You then get another call about 10 minutes later asking, yet again, if you still need a ride....really, people? My biggest issue with this company is the total lack of competency and unreliability. If the dispatcher sees that no drivers have picked up your request, I don't think it's a lunatic idea for them to call you far more in advance of 5 minutes before your scheduled pick up. What am I supposed to do with 5 minutes? I assure you I will not be able to find another mode of transportation within that time. Unless you need some sort of very laid-back leisurely ride somewhere, this is not the cab company you want to trust. This problem of having no driver happen to me 3 times this week meaning that I missed my normal train and had to wait for a later one, thus making me late to work. I will never use this company again. Their customer service sucks and their entire structure was thought up by someone who doesn't know one thing about efficiency.
