In addition to mailing packages, they offer the other services - printing, faxing, photos, etc., and supplies for purchase. No private parking lot, it's on street paid parking so for me, this isn't a destination, more of a convenience if I'm already shopping on NW 23rd.

Sick employees should stay home instead of exposing customers and causing preventable errors.

Mascord has a great selection of home plans and designs a very nice home. We had no issues through…read morethe design update process. However, after sales customer service and support has been extremely poor. We had several issues raised by the county permit office that required plan corrections. It took four weeks of calls and emails to Mascord to even get a response. Corrections finally came only to find out the response and update was inadequate due to a Mascord oversight. Now I am trying to expedite a response once again with no idea when an acceptable plan and supporting engineering calculations will be returned. Mascord does not do engineering in house. Their subcontractor for this service is a small business (Rowell Engineering) that is apparently quite slow and nonresponsive due to capacity issues. Meanwhile my subs are off to other jobs and my job cost are increasing. A general contractor friend told me he has experienced similar problems. If you use them pray that your plan does not end up in this black hole.
