The Mirra building 13740 75A Ave. managed and/or built by the same developer that is building next to the building I dwell in and trying to presell next to the Mirra building the green electrical box facing the alley ppl sometimes use hard drugs behind it they have put cardboard behind it so they can sleep without being hurt by the rocks now someone has put a specifically cut thick plastic sheet so the crack heads and needle freeks can lay down and not hurt themselves there is unfortunately a safe injection site in Surrey use that. Have seen H.A. drug dealers hanging around there but they seem to have moved on. Pro is that they quickly remove visible grafitti. The ppl I know who live there have no complaints. read more

When there is damaged caused by the strata they do not act responsibly and repair your unit back to the condition it was prior to the damage caused by the strata They try and get you to use your insurance to make the claim again instead of acting on their responsibility If you are considering to buy a unit managed by this company I would think very hard. Great Service! I have worked with Associa BC for many years. They have been quite reliable and responsive. The managers involved in our building have provided a decent amount of attention to the strata, especially on project upgrades when support is needed the most. Their employees are acting as swindlers. In particular, Ivana Kojic. Conspiring between an administrator and a resident which also a strata council, against other residents. Ivana gave me the impression of a corrupt and vicious person, aggressive, who has no sympathy whatsoever. She is unreliable since she has no problem believing someone's accusations, even if there is no justification or evidence to support it. When they send a complaint to a resident, they don't give you an option to respond to it, and the whole process is one-sided. If you try to answer them, they will ignore your emails, won't answer the phone during work hours, and won't return your voice messages. She is also a hypocrite, as she will ignore complaints against her buddy the council for violating strata laws. This company is also not efficient in the complex maintenance and their upkeep obligations, and for many years the complex has rodent, and insect problems and the strata don't take care of it properly (if at all). Unprofessional, unreliable, got a family of 4 with 2 babies evicted with a 30 days notice from a house they occupied for last 6 years, because she believed all the lies her buddy council told her which was mostly lies or not justified, that was driven by a revenge feelings (complaints for shoes on the porch or toys in a private and closed backyard which they call a "common area" or a delivery guy that parked for 2 minutes on a sidewalk) Those crooks also painted a nasty picture to the landlord and forced him to believe the lies and write the eviction notice, when he himself never had any problems with this family. Just read the bad reviews for a better picture. STAY AWAY! read more

Not happy with the company, they have been paying strata council behind owners' backs and withholding the information from the owners. MP is withholding information from minutes, misleading owners about procedures. The maintenance is not done on time or not done at all and the PM is hard to get hold of and does not want to answer any questions. When the questions are answered they are not true. read more

As an owner of a condo unit I have found Associa BC to be very good. Prompt in their service and prompt in call backs for emergencies. Additionally their Webinars are extremely informative especially for any new condo unit owners. Lazlo Antal does a great job of organizing these webinars. And our contact Alex Matveev is also excellent as our building Manager. read more

An AWFUL management company for numerous reasons: 1. Getting a hold of someone is next to impossible. Our community manger, Eugene Ng, does not pick up his phone and avoids contact with the residents like the plague. The 1 800 number for Associa goes to a loop that doesn't actually connect you to anyone. Voicemail messages go unanswered, and emails are not responded to. 2. The maintenance of the property is abhorrent. There a numerous known issues on the property that are ignored or not dealt with. 3. If you are ever able to get a hold of customer service, they do everything possible to not assist you. We have been told "we can't do that" or "we can't help with that", followed by numerous excuses. They are clearly not interested in serving their customers and try to redirect everything to their app. 4. Let's talk about their app, Town Square. Not only does it not work most of the time, when you are ever able to get to a login screen it either tells you your account doesn't exist or your account is suspended. Once again, customer service will act confused about this and redirect you to the broken app. 5. Billing issues! After trying to take out payments early (and it failing) they stopped billing entirely, claimed we never had direct payments enabled, and won't issue invoices because the strata act does not require it. In short, In short, Eugene and Associa do not provide the services they claim to. If you are looking for a strata management company, do not choose Associa. Their customer "service" involves sending you in loops to avoid helping you. I recommend you avoid this group like the plague and find ANYONE ELSE to manage your strata. read more

Trying to contact someone is imposible. Ive been sending them noise complaints from my upstairs neighbour for over 2 months now and they still wont do anything. Ive probably sent them 20 videos of them making a stupid amount of noise at 11pm- 4 am and they just ignore me now it seems. read more

Not impressed. Sent me bylaw infractions for animal feces in my back yard and damage to grass in my backyard. I never have had a pet and havent used backyard. Poor ground maintenance dead bushes broken branches, damaged fence, or bushes get to overgrown stage jungle looking. Much more to list... Made aware of safety concerns in strata cars going too fast for kids playing in area. Signs put up in ridiculous places with outrageous 20 km hour speed limit hidden by tree and way out of view. Most other properties have 10km speed limit and speed bumps. Accident waiting to happen but property manager says council members will review it next meeting. read more

My friends recently bought into the Trophy building at 199 Victory Ship Way in North Vancouver. This is a new luxury apartment building in the upscale Lonsdale Quay area. I was visiting my friends recently and was impressed by the professional, polite, & prompt responses they received when they contacted the building's Strata Manager, Bruce Adanac, with questions about the building. Mr. Adanac was quick to return their phone message (within 5 minutes) and answered all their questions. Furthermore, he followed up via email providing detailed written responses inclusive of building bylaws, insurance information, and assisted in facilitating delivery of a much needed visitors parking pass to my friends which allowed me to use the guest parking in the building. Mr. Adanac is a representative of one of the larger property management companies in Vancouver - Associa BC Inc. I live in a nearby building that has been plagued by substandard property management services over the past 5 years. We fired our original management company a few years ago due to poor service only to replace them with another substandard company. If the high level of service Mr. Adanac provides is representational of standards provided by Associa BC, I will be recommending that the strata council in my own building give Associa a try. read more

They say that going through Estrata is going to save us money so how does it cost $207.00 for a form B (1 -3 pages ) it's a 5 day rush but doesn't include weekends so it's really a 7 day order... plus .25c a page that their not even printing..... Associa manages the condo where I live (Agenda Condo). Very poor service. The building manager does the bare minimum and doesn't even try. One of the issues that keep arising is that one resident keeps on parking on other's parking spots. I asked the manager to please help me by telling them to stop. He refuses to help because this happens after hours. I have showed him photos of this happening, and he still refuses to help. This happened one Friday, and I tried calling the after hours phone for Associa. No-one picked up (around 8 pm). I emailed the building manager, and he just replied saying that on the Monday morning when he started working, the car was not there. I just give up. Also, he is like a wall. Shows no willingness to help and does the bare minimum. It is very sad to see when one compares this to Firstservice Residential (at the Elan for instance where I lived before). Maybe it's one of the cheaper management companies, so it's "what you pay for." Unsure, but definitely very disappointing. read more
