I have seen several tenants come and go in nearly five years and it has been a litany of mismanagement for single mother, active military and working locals. When I have attempted to contact these people to discuss a shared property issue, the wife doesn't return my phone calls, puts her husband on the job (who also won't return my calls) and he is a yeller at tenants. When one active military person was trying to work and relocate his family at the same time, his landlords were sending their employees over to his house to show it while he was packing after a day out in the desert working for Uncle Sam. I have seen and heard multiple instances of inconsiderate behavior from this organization. I would not recommend their services-if you can call it that- to anyone.

Never buy a home from this company. We have had leaks in the wall and carpet a month after we moved…read morein. They fixed the leaks after they had to open the wall in the master and living room. So that never looked right again . In the guest bathroom, the tub leaked into the guest room and into the closet, soaking the carpet and ruining the closet doors. Yes, they did come and put big fans into the area, and it seems to be fixed. I did get new closet doors, and they paid for that. The so-called throw-in for buying the home was a water softener and RO system. That never worked; everything was hooked up wrong. So we replaced the water softener with a Culligan system and an RO system. Everything was fixed and installed correctly. So now my cold water in the kitchen works. This was expensive to fix. But everything works now, but at our expense. So, from the leaks when we moved in, they never expected that Black Mold was in our Bedroom and living room. AS my husband was in Hospice at our home, so we were breathing this in for approximately 1 year. I never would have found this, and it would of buit up so bad that it would have been a health hazard. I was remodeling, so when they went to install new carpet and baseboards, the installers came and got me and told me I have a really bad mold problem. Went over to the French bros model and told them in very bad language about the mold problem we had. I could go on and on. Just do not buy from this company. But now I fixed everything, remodeled, so it is a home that I can live in. And when I go to sell it, feel confident about all the problems being fixed, mostly at my expense. DO NOT BUY FROM FRENCH BROTHERS.

I worked for this company with its previous owner and it was never like this. I always felt as if they worked for the tenants, but after reading the review from Justin, it seems as if they only worked for themselves. We had a tenant that took it upon himself to change out the shower heads and move cabinets without permission from Alamogordo Realty or myself and when this tenant moved out, they never charged him. And I totally agree with Justin's review, the problem is Rosie. She lies to cover her own ass and when you call her out on her lie, she just ignores it and changes the subject.
