Bottom line - you can trust Justin and his team. He is a man of his word. I relied heavily on Justin to make a decision to renovate and sell my parents' home as opposed to accept a low ball offer from a "flipper". Justin's advice as to market value proved to be spot on. We listed for $125k and sold for $124.5k, which was $4.5k above the value I used to make my decision to renovate the home.
