This bank branch is absolutely horrible! The employees are down right rude…read more I withdrew several hundred dollars at the drive-up window. When my money was received, it was short $200!!! I was treated as if I stole the missing money. I was left sitting in my car for 20 minutes, while the incompetent teller "counted his drawer". Twenty minutes!!!! Finally, after being totally ignored in the drive-up, I entered the bank, where I was treated like a common criminal. After the incompetent teller came up $200 over, I was thrown my money. Yes, THROWN!!! No one ever apologized to me. My family and I have been customers at this bank for over 25 years and this is how they treated us. Like lying thieves!!!! My next step will be to contact the branch manager, although after how I was treated today, I don't expect much.
