With no prior…read morenotice, I received a letter on July 18, 2022 from the home office in Texas that stated Josh has left State Farm as of July 15th and that my account was transferred to an office 11 miles away. The phone has been disconnected, the web page is down and State Farm no longer lists an office in Chalfont. When I called the new office, they said that the accounts were divided up among other offices until State Farm can select a new agent, which they thought would be in December. Too bad, I always received good service here.

Sam himself told me that it would be taken care of. (Sam was the agent before Mr. Butler took over his office.) I did not hear anything back but I assumed that this was added and that they would just add that into my bill. Fast forward one year to Hurricane Sandy. Basement floods again, and ruins the replacement carpet. I call them up asking for a claim under that policy addition and they had no record of it. Great. So I asked for an adjustor to come in and see my damage in the hopes that maybe something could be covered (though probably not). The adjustor took 2 WEEKS to get back to me, with a denial. * State Farm dropped the ball on a rider. * State Farm had horrible followup * State Farm ultimately did not cover what I needed, due to their own fault, and now I'm out some money. Goodbye, State Farm.
