I read him serial numbers off the machine he told me hed be in touch ASAP. 3 months later still havent heard back- ive been swamped finally i get a chance to call back on my work lunch its the same guy- he vaguely remembered- he said o a ticket was never put in- then went on to tell me its buyers neglect they cannot pay - re asked me for serial infromation so i had to go back down and reread him info- so frustrating - terrible customer service.
