There was a promotion going on at the time, and even though it was over when I made my apt, they still made sure to honor it! The young lady at the front desk was also super kind and polite in checking us in/out and helping book our next apts. They were even able to make sure we got back to back apts together. Nicole continues to be absolutely wonderful! She is always eager to answer my million questions and is SO informative! She genuinely made us feel confident in our decisions and helped calm any nervousness. She always makes sure we understand the post-peel / post-microneedling procedures to do at home and urges us to reach out with any questions. It feels as though candidates are being kept as a backup plan instead of being treated with the respect they deserve.
