I gave it a shot because the reviews were so good. I will say the massage was pretty good but paying and tipping in advance is odd. I could hear children in the building and a different therapist walked in on me afterwards while I was dressing which was uncomfortable. Katie used her hands at the beginning to gently hold my head and allow me time to decompress and start to relax. It worked magnificently. Then I asked for a specific, and different, firmness level today, which I don't usually do. Katie adjusted to just the right amount of pressure to give me the exact massage I was hoping for. I asked her to finish the overall massage a few minutes ahead of schedule, and she adjusted her timing just right, and then I asked her to utilize the saved minutes by going over a particular area a second time. This made the ending of the massage particularly memorable. All of her attention to detail and care and understanding made for a truly exceptional massage. I can't wait to go back again.
