I go on break from work so I like 2 beds that don't get as hot so I'm not going back to work all sweaty and makeup running. I just find it very odd, I have never been to a tanning salon that told me I couldn't request a regular bed with a appointment .

The hot stone massage went a long way towards that, FYI :) I set out to have a great pedi and I most definitely found one here. This place is huge and clean. A testament to Rose Nails is how quickly the place fills up. I got here at five to ten (the sign said open and they took me) I was the only customer. Twenty minutes later the place was full in front and half full in back. Great job running a super business !

I ended up leaving because I felt dismissed. At that point I had already bought supplies to fix them myself. This whole experience pissed me off. I expected much better customer service and quality for what I paid I won't be back.
