We met with Elton and discussed that we wanted our floors to be a medium grey with some shadow effect and some shininess. When he put it down, we ran over to the house to peek in through the windows and could not believe how gorgeous the floors looked. When we saw the finished product, we were and still are in awe. They won't make it right, don't respond, I just want my old concrete back. For a while I even offered to let them fix it and I would pay their cost. But nothing. They took the money and ran. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and big surprise, they are not even rated. I've heard this is happened before but apparently I didn't do enough research. And worse yet, they call themselves Christians. I hate that for the rest of us. Don't bother with these guys. It's a father/son scam team. Go elsewhere.
