I recently had a minor foot surgery there. Comparing surgery centers that I have experienced these folks have it together ! No worries.

The nurses are fantastic. There should be more of them in there. I'd say about 20 more nurses.

Finding the office was a bit confusing since the initial suite listed had a note saying that the office moved. After that, however, it wasn't too hard to find. Nearly all of the staff that we interacted with were very professional and friendly. Since there weren't too many people there, check-in was a breeze. Our ultrasound tech was friendly, but not too personable; however, she did a great job and made the experience as comfortable as possible for me. My husband and I were then seen by Dr. Stack, who is very kind, encouraging, and thorough when explaining things to my husband and me. We are thankful for the great service we had here and are even more thankful for our baby being completely healthy!

My…read morefirst visit I saw Dr. Stack, she was so professional and caring and really helped my very nervous husband and I feel at ease at such an important and sensitive appointment. She gets 5 stars from me! We had to be scheduled to be seen one more time weeks later since baby was in a position that covered up something they wanted to get a better picture of. I apologized for them not being able to get the best picture and she told me it wasn't my fault by any means the baby just was doing his thing and being stubborn that day. She was so sweet and gave me a picture to hold onto of my son. I felt confident everything would be fine at our next visit! However, my next visit was absolutely horrible. The woman doing my scan first I guess wasn't familiar with the machine for the ultrasound. I was very anxious hoping to hear good news about my son's heart...and it didn't make me feel any better that it felt like she wasn't sure what she was doing pressing different buttons and getting upset that she wasn't used to that machine. She eventually called in for help with the machine and the Dr. came in to assist her, but didn't introduce herself or even say a word to me just also fumbled with the "stupid machine" and they listed off all the things they didn't like about the machine to each other while I laid there not having a clue what was going on with my baby. Eventually she let me know she was Dr. Janaki Gokhale and she'd be back to take some pictures in awhile. The scan ended up lasting upwards of an hour and a half and the Dr. got visibly frustrated as she couldn't get the pictures she wanted. She kept saying there's just a big empty dark spot where the arch was supposed to be so at that point I was terrified. I felt like I was going to cry and I was also dripping sweat and my face was red and hot and I felt dizzy from laying on my back for over an hour and it was starting to get painful with the pressing on my belly. At the end of the scan she explained she thought my uterine fibroids that I told her I had were maybe blocking what needed to be seen for pictures but she saw with her eyes and everything looked...ok. On the smaller side of normal..not very reassuring..but ok...I left and called my husband and cried in the parking lot. What really upset me was after that terrible experience, when I got the results that were sent to my doctor, Dr. Gokhale wrote the reason she couldn't get an adequate view of my baby was because I'm overweight!! At 33 weeks pregnant? I guess the fact that two women frustratingly fumbling over the machine for over an hour and not knowing what buttons to press or how to change the contrast and basically conducting what felt like a training during my scan and not knowing what fibroids were didn't have anything to do with it? Felt a lot like my body was being blamed for their inability to take the pictures. Very disappointing. I would not feel comfortable going back here after that.

Dr. Patel specifically has helped me on countless occasions. He has a great bedside manner, but beyond that he is kind, listens, and does anything he can to help! She did insist on repeating the cognitive exam , even though he'd already failed to get above 12 on 3 prior tests and had a long hx with JMH of low scores (she gets xtra compensation for giving these exams ). Not so much as a baby aspirin was prescribed. No therapies , procedures or alternatives were provided ! The worst care possible and irresponsible healthcare IMO. Then we get a certified letter from the doctors at EBN today warning us they will not provide any care or service after April 30, 2026. What care ? What service ? All you did was say 'there is nothing I can do '. But you kept dragging us down to San Ramon to collect your copays and your paycheck from our visits . I sent a email cursing you out. So you threaten me with cutting him off? That's a blessing , not a curse you worthless pos! ! Avoid them at all costs ! The worst part! I thought she was an actual provider. When my husband required a backyard ADU with handicap access , we couldn't get the loan without 2 provider letters stating he was unable to manage his legal, financial and medical affairs . She doesn't have any legal authority to write letters ! None! We wasted 3 yrs with this inadequate provider with no licensure to issue statements of fact on my husbands medical condition! Complete and utter irresponsibility and misrepresented her authority from the beginning. We thought she had licensure. Avoid them at all costs

The person who did my x-rays had to double check some things, but even with that it was still a super quick process. What I didn't like was that the person who checked me in apparently, despite giving them my insurance card, didn't input that information. So I had to pay out of pocket for the treatment ($600), which maybe isn't a lot, but as a student working part-time, it sure felt like a lot of money. I would just say watch and make sure that they actually do everything correctly because if not, you might end up fighting with your insurance for reimbursement for almost a year.

They ignored ER findings and specialist documentation, refused to diagnose or treat, and repeatedly demanded I return to work with no medication or plan - directly causing loss of FMLA and disability benefits. I felt like I was in an old rehab facility where patients resort to yelling screaming trying to get some attention. This was Tuesday evening before Thanksgiving I never heard from the "shower aide", not the OT until Just this week dec 2. 7 days with no help nor any check in calls!Obviously a holiday! You can't even call your doctor's office directly anymore you're routed through a call center where the person on the phone doesn't know you or your care history. Healthcare should be about relationships, trust, and time with your doctor. Watching a system that used to be excellent slowly lose those things is really disappointing.
