The team carefully color-matched the paint and designed the building to complement an existing structure. The installers were professional, courteous, and meticulous about making sure everything was plumb, level, square, and aesthetically pleasing. Amador, the lead builder, was especially helpful and did excellent work. Jenn leading the design-estimating-project management process was first class. One item later needed attention, and Wright Sheds handled it professionally and completed the repair to my satisfaction. That kind of follow-through says a great deal about a company. I have owned Wright Sheds buildings for approximately five years, and the quality has held up very well. Based on the workmanship, service, and long-term durability, I would confidently recommend Wright Sheds.

Wright's listened to what we wanted, never pressured us into any upgrades, and built our shed on site quickly and efficiently. Everyone was so friendly and professional. We selected the upgrades we wanted and the shed cost less than it would've with Tuff Shed. We were very pleased and would highly recommend them if you want a stress free experience and a high quality shed.

We understood there would be delays due to covid and were told to expect work to take 6 months due to covid but we were ok with that. Our project is now going on 16 months and still not complete. It took a few months to get Luke, the owner, out to go over issues we have with the quality of work. He inspected the work and said he would get things together to correct the problems. It is now going on 4 months and nothing has been done. We have tried calling owner on his cell, texted him and left messages on his voicemail as well as their office voicemail. No one responds. Communication has been very lacking during the project and now there is no communication. Wondering if they are still in business. We checked out reviews on Premier, before we decided to use them, and they had very good reviews. They told us that we could get the job done cheaper with other contractors but it would not be the quality of work they would provide. So far, we have inferior quality of work at a high price and project has not been completed. Looking like our project has been abandoned. We strongly do not recommend them.

No communication, MANY empty promises and work that has been completed has to be redone as its such poor quality. Latest word from them was promised it would be completed by end of October and I can't tell you the last time they were here to complete anything. A HUGE disappointment for sure. Its 11/2 and it still just sits - lawn is destroyed from the pipe trenches they dug and sat for months, supplies laying everywhere, and we are left to just deal with it. Such an unfortunate decision on our part in an already difficult time we live in.

Elegant Hardwood Floors was a clear standout of all the contractors I hired for my project. Rarely do you experience this high level of service during a construction or home renovation project. Robert was responsive, friendly, and prompt from my initial inquiry to completion of the job. Every commitment was kept and the quality of work was phenomenal! As typical with a remodel project, there were a few unexpected project and scheduling challenges. With each one, Robert was accommodating, and either helped us solve it or personally stepped in to save the day. He and Jen even helped guide us on the right process and product selection for work we decided to do on our own. I infrequently write reviews, but working with Robert exceeded my expectations and was like working with a close friend!

We have a large, but oddly shaped master closet and want to have a nice closet to match the rest of the house. My wife and I went in the Kaysville store and the lady in the office came out and asked if we needed help. We said yes and she said she'd sent a guy up to help us. they had a tape measure on the table so I asked if I could use it and she said yes. I started measuring different closet items and heights to see what would work in our closet. After a couple of minutes, the lady came back to us and was extremely hostile. She told us we couldn't measure anything as it was propriety information. She was very disrespectful to me and my wife. We then told her we didn't want to do business with them if that's how they treat clients. When we got out to the car my wife's feeling were so hurt and she was so embarrassed she started to cry. I went back in the store to explain to the lady her actions were unprofessional and inappropriate. she didn't apologize but only justified her behavior. It was a horrible experience and we won't be using them on our home or any of our projects.

They were able to schedule us immediately once we received all the bids, and the project took roughly 9 weeks from start to final walkthrough. Utah Basements was the second highest bid received, partly because they did not do the flooring (which we got through RC Willey). Communicating with Todd was very convenient, and he responded quickly to text, email, and messages through the UBKB online client portal, where we formally documented design changes. Victor was on site most days and was extremely professional and very friendly. He answered all of our questions, gave helpful suggestions, and always contacted us when there was an issue or he needed direction. Once materials were in, the crew made fantastic progress framing, plumbing, and electrical. The rest of the process went very smoothly, with the minor exception that a bunch of paint touch ups were needed, but those were taken care of immediately. Overall we had a top-notch experience with Todd, Victor and UBKB, couldn't be happier with the final product, and would definitely recommend them if you need a basement finished!

They had done such professional work, so we didn't even shop around and get bids; we went directly with Rosewood Painting. Tim came out with a large choice of color samples; and, he provided insight on colors that would complement our stone, brick, and woodwork. A week later, they called and told us would be able to start in a week instead of the original 4-week lead time. The painting crew arrived exactly when they said they would at 8:00 in the morning along with the owners of Rosewood Painting. The crew quickly had the entire house masked off even around our built-in sun shades over our back deck/patio. They removed the light fixtures off of the walls since they were decorative and didn't want to chance painting around them. The team of 6 painters were done by 6 o'clock at night. We have a very large home, two-tone paint, yet they were done in less than 10 hours. We would highly recommend Rosewood Painting. We have heard from neighbors that they also do indoor painting as well and tile work. We will definitely use then in them future.
