You be the judge. Saw a mens wallet I liked. Price was $395.00. The sales associate told me it was…read morehalf off today! I purchased the wallet. Did not have to sign the AMEX so I didn't see the receipt (placed inside wallet). Upon return to the hotel removed wallet from bag and saw the receipt said $1950.00 instead of $195.00. Store was closed so I returned the next morning when they opened. Sales associate said "Oh, you found my mistake!". Told me that she phoned her daughter-in-law (Natashia Kapp) and she issued a credit. No copy was presented and did not appear on the website at that time. When the amount was questioned she said "Oh, my son (Jeramiah Kapp-the owner) said only the furs were 50% off not the leather goods". So his wife deducted the overcharge based on the full price of the wallet. WHAT! I replied "You can't raise the price AFTER the sale that you told me about. She said her daughter in law refused to credit the $200.00 overpay that was their fault. The sales associate told us to buy another wallet! After explaining the legalities of this and that fact that we didn't want another wallet (which was already overpriced) she phoned her daughter in law again. I could overhear the phone conversation and her daughter in law was a major "B" and still said NO. Her mother in law was so embarrassed she offered $200.00 from her purse - WHICH I TOOK! When I said her son & wife would reimburse her she said "No they wont. The son and mother were previously (if not currently) partners in the original business in Los Angeles. Is she still a partner or? Unusual for a lady in her 80s (I think) to be carrying $200.00 in cash in her purse. Was it all a plan? She knew where I was staying (same complex) and my name, yet made no attempt the previous day to contact me about the "mistake". The bait and switch on the wallet and the "just buy something else" was unprofessional at the very least. Was it an honest mistake that was handled POORLY, or was it??? Beware, stay on your toes and don't go there. Will not be referring.

I really enjoyed opening night. Who doesn't love shopping with wine, chocolate, and a group of…read morelike-minded people? But of course, the opening night can always be hyped up so I came back two weeks later (and yes, this is my excuse for shopping more here). The selection of clothing here is amazing. From warm, thick fabric to light, flowy ones- you'll find an array of options to step up your closet's game. This is the perfect shop for someone who likes to dress rocker chic, modern rustic, or even as a professional free spirit. Think military with a twist of silky, flowy cuts. Or attitude with class. Or rose gold spikes with soft luxury. The prints, fabrics, and cuts are lovely for work and comfortable enough for daily wear. I wanted to take everything home and even sleep in some of them! Even the decorative pieces were cute; I had to fight the temptation to steal them! The prices were actually very reasonable. While yes... it's not competing with your favorite outlet or discount store where a shirt is $25. The shirts were around $50 to $300 but they were high quality, super comfortable, and a great investment in a quality wardrobe. They had a designer feel at a very reasonable rate. The only thing I would wish to see change in this store is cutting out fur and adding matte jewelry. I saw fox fur... and there were more I didn't investigate with. While I love to look hot and feel great in what I wear, wearing a dead animal's skin will only bring me down. Cruelty is never fashionable. As for matte jewelry, I'm not one for bling. Yes, I know- I'm not normal in the Aspen world. But I love matte jewelry of gold, rose gold, and silver without any bling. It just makes me feel more professional while still embracing my feminine side. I think that's just me though. In short, if you're the kind who likes wearing a gorgeous modern print on a silky, long sleeve shirt over 'leather' pants, sky-high platform heels, and a cute spiky crossover bag- this is the place for you. Rock on, love.

This is a wonderful store. Besides the amazing goods they offer, the staff is outstanding. If you…read moreare in Aspen, make sure to go to this store. Ask for Sam! She is the best and will do anything she possibly can to help you.
