I'm not sure if that was just because it was the holiday season, but they did not allow anyone in the store without being accompanied by an associate. Once I was paired, the associate gave me a complimentary cocktail and started sizing me for hats. I did feel she was a bit pushy, heavily suggesting certain colors even when I shared my own preferences. As I started on accessories, I did not feel like I was being shown all of the options and only those with a price tag over $1000 (on top of the price of the hat itself). I took it upon myself to search and find what I really liked, but the pushiness of the associate made the experience less enjoyable and rather stressful. Overall I am happy with my purchase, but I would recommend anyone coming in to come prepared with the style you want because the process can be overwhelming otherwise.

I paid and we left. My wife noticed that the store had charged almost $50 for each of the shirts and we immediately returned to the store. We asked to return the items. The clerk refused stating their no refund policy was printed on the receipt! Of course, you would not see that until you had already purchased the items They said that there was also a sign on the door but it was at the bottom corner of door in small letters. Unbelievable!!

I fully intended on just browsing to pass the time until meeting up with my bf later and ended up purchasing a couple of tops. The woman working (not sure if she's the owner), Julia, was very nice. She was nursing a leg injury and had to get around on crutches, but she was still willing to get around to help. This is a great local and affordable women's clothing store in Aspen. I'm so glad I stopped by. I think I've completed my shopping for the year ;)

The baristas were nice, especially the German lady, but there are a lot of people behind the counter hanging out. Maybe they were waiting for a rush. There are two sections where you can buy merch, but I only saw one salesperson, helping a customer to fit skates on. The rest were tourists looking at merch, but really just hanging out to have a warm drink and to sit somewhere. Nothing fancy, but maybe that's all this place needs to be.

They were so well-informed and up to date on the brand, said they had spent time in Italy working with Prada (I believe, or industry in general) which just showed passion for the brand, appreciate that so much. I went to visit in early September of 2024. The other salesperson however I could tell would never give the time of day to anyone, she seemed so rude. I was there with my other two girlfriends, and she completely ignored them. Anyways, we chatted about where the brand was heading and we just had a great conversation in general about what I was into. They styled me with a cherry red patent leather, micro-galeria (what I was looking for) to match my vintage denim coat, like they nailed it- how cute for beginning of fall! Anyways, it was such a wonderful experience, such a fun convo and for a luxury brand, I really appreciated all the information about where the brand was heading, because it helped me plan for my next purchases down the road- and aren't we both there for our shared passion and love of fashion anyway?!
