He confirmed and also confirmed I could return it after the 30 day period and so I drove 3 hrs from Denver to Aspen to exchange it and made clear of it and texted letting them know I was coming that the weekend. I get here right when they open, Matt and the manager were working when I walked in. She informs me Matt was new and he shouldn't have texted me that (let me remind you, we were in communication for 2-3 months) she tells me she is unable to do the refund. I would have had no problem if they told me from the beginning I couldn't exchange it, but now they are wasting my time and money. This is horrible and poor service from employees selling a high end product.
