Kimberly, the owner and founder, has a great eye for buying and creates a great experience. We brought our own pedals shoes and helmets but they have all that you need if you don't! The guys did everything! Even got my hubby a mount for his wahoo device! They offer coffee, water, beer, ice cream...probably more, but that's what I remember! One of the guys actually went out with us to the bike trail so we wouldn't get lost! So nice! If there was a problem with the way we tried on the jackets, I wish his approach was kinder or at least professional. We really had no clue why he behaved that way. We're still scratching our heads about it. It was a horrible experience to start our Aspen trip at this store. Luckily, staff at the remainder of the stores in town were kind and courteous. I would highly encourage store management to view any video footage of the experience to help this individual with his customer service skills. The incident occurred on 07/22/19 around 5:30. They were extremely attentive, yet somehow never lost track of any other customers in the store. And their friendliness and energy made the whole process a ton of fun. Additionally, the store has a collection of adorable stuffed marmot mascots near the entrance(!).
