This is a very busy place but Dr Kassir is alway willing to help unscheduled patients and as there is a dental lab there my emergency was solved. Stay away from this place it is a ripoff. They told my wife that they didn't take her Visa card and that she needed to apply for their Care Credit Card. They changed the card something like $18,000 or more and she only had a so called deep teeth cleaning and X Ray. They said they charged the card for the total amount that it was going to cost to have everything done which they did not tell her any of cost for any of the procedures. So after complaining they removed the cost of the things they haven't done yet. We checked the balance on the card for the X Ray and so called deep cleaning and they charged us several thousands dollars for basically nothing. They were very rude especially when confronting them about the charges prices and saying they would not take the Visa card even though it was posted on the door that they took several credit cards. After complaining the lady we talked to said sorry that they do take those credit cards and that they are supposed to push patients into signing up for the so called Care Credit Card. Their so called care is nothing more than a money making machine. They overpriced all the services. Stay away from here and whatever you do don't sign up for the so-called Care Credit Card. My mom and brother showed up to appointment and were told they didn't accept Medicare. Staff was friendly. They got me in the same day I called. amazing 3d X-ray. it was quite impressive. I was shocked the exam was free BUT ALAS it's really not. they told me I had stage 2 periodontal disease. I could potentially need root canals on 3 teeth. I needed root planing and a whole host of things that totaled well over $4k. they wouldn't fill my cavities until I did the other stuff first, which was my main concern of not wanting to get root canals. I didn't want my teeth to get worse. After the exam they sit you down and go over your "care plan". Whatever you do, don't sign on the dotted line!! Take my advice... find a nice local dentist who has good reviews, pay for the exam and X-rays. it's worth it. I did. All I need is a regular cleaning. i was pleased with the outcome of my procedure. i went in for 2nd opinion i was given a price and i scheduled my procedure. i had one tooth etracted and 3 teeth ground for temperary bridge while permanent was ordered. permanent bridge came in and i returned for removal of temperary bridge to be removed and permanent bridge installed. however i paid over $3300.00 up front for preperation and permanent bridge to be ordered. upon final visit for permanent bridge to be installed i paid what i was told was my final payment of over $1340.00. later i received an additional bill in the mail for $650.00 that said it was for retainer crown. i called office to inquire and after about 6 weeks i was told that they had made a mistake and i wasn't charged for my teeth cleaning. i then called corporate and was told it was for my crown that insurance didn't cover which we knew up front it wasn't covered. since i signed a final bill that states in small print you are responsable for any charges that may pop up. i also questioned 2 charges for $576.40 for bone graft which was not done $302.40 core buildup including pin that also wasn't done. i was told that i could not prove it wasn't done. i was told by a gentleman george that he would pass it on to a supervisor but don't expect a response. i hope a lot of aspen patients see this and learn from this. read more

My father visited the dentist to obtain a new lower denture plate the week prior to Christmas, and it has turned into a distressing experience. During the impression process, the dentist applied such pressure that it brought my father to tears. He returned to collect his denture on December 26, 2024, and reported the issue to the dentist, who prescribed prednisone. As of February, my father has not been able to eat for over a month. We made several appointments for him to be evaluated, and while he was prescribed prednisone, the dentist indicated that if this treatment proves ineffective, they would refer him to an oral surgeon. Unfortunately, we have struggled to find a surgeon willing to see him. An appointment was scheduled for Monday, February 10, but the dentist's office called on Friday to cancel. Currently, my father is in the emergency room seeking relief. If this situation does not improve, I am considering hiring a lawyer due to the extremely unprofessional and inadequate service we have experienced. read more

Well, I need to follow up on my poor review of Aspen Dental, Vero Beach, Fl. I did receive the generic response on Yelp! from a business manager, apologizing that my service didn't meet my experience rations. That helps a lot! The expectations I had are the same as anyones would be. However, after I argued and threatened to sue, amazingly enough the abutments were located. They had to be custom made, however, this option wasn't afforded me until I threatened to sue. Very sad. They made good on my implants and denture fitting. I'm happy with my results, but I still urge anyone getting implant surgery to be very sure they will have the supplies needed to complete the job! It's been a psychological nightmare. Very stressful. When a doctor gives a message to the office manager to relay; a message where questions will result and require answers, that is very poor business. I told the doctor the same myself. Aspen made good on my service. Too bad it took so long and threats to sue. I still cannot fully recommend them because of this experience. read more

I would advise anyone who is considering Aspen Dental to pursue another Dentist. It took them multiple visits to get a dental implant to fit properly. They finally took my advice and did an impression. The $432.00 dental cleaning charge was outrageous expensive. This was for a normal twice a year cleaning! This is from my insurance carrier. My decision to seek another dentist was a lot more user friendly. However Aspen Dental would not send my dental records to my new dentist. They said I had to stop in and request them in person! I'm so disgusted right now, I am a healthy 27 year old who regularly brushes and flosses and has never had an issue with gum disease in my life. I went into aspen dental for a routine exam today and came out in tears and fear after I was told by the hygienist that I had severe gum disease at 6mm and it was starting to decay away at my teeth. The most peculiar thing is when the actual dentist came in he didn't have much to say on the matter and that I had a great set of healthy teeth. (I swear this was some mental good cop/bad cop game) Rushing to immediately make an appointment for their "treatment plan" I was quoted a price and to follow up with it every 3 months, I was begging them to do the treatment the day of. As I was instructed to sit with a young lady that would set up my appointment and course of plan she instructed that I needed to pay 60% of the plan up front, that's when I instantly became skeptical. After just a brief "aspen dental scam" google search DOZENS of the EXACT same story as mine came up! I was met by Williams, the dental hygienist, and escorted to his dental chair. My focus is on the positive experience I had as a result of Williams' cleaning and root planning my teeth. I recently moved from the NY/NJ area and told him that this is the best cleaning and root planning treatment I have ever received. I first went to Aspen Dental on July 13. The night before my upper denture broke in half. I got a quote for them and per their ads understood it would take a couple of days to get a replacement. My first appointment to get replacement dentures was July 20. At that time the office manager informed me I could pay for the entire denture now or pay half with the remains due in delivery v I responded why would I pay the total? Her response in a patronizing tone HEY I JUST TRYING TO HELP YOU. This was my first negative contact with this person. I was given a date for a second appointment. Turned up expecting my replacement dentures as my super glued broken dentures were just not that good. But no now I was having measurements taken from different points on my face. Something I was told to do with my having a good smile. I said I thought my dentures would be ready today. Answer no no we must go through steps. I finally got me denture on September 3. Process started July 20. Over 7 WEEKS In the meantime I was dealing with regularly having to superglue my old dentures back together. Resulting in a situation were I was barely able to eat without them breaking. Obviously Aspen didn't care about what I was going through. 7 weeks to get a replacement denture, very rude office manager and never a good answer why it was taking so long when they advertise dentures in days. My husband and I have been patients of this office for about 6-7 years and have had many procedures completed: from dentures to root canals/crowns. I became private pay about 1.5 years ago and once I did, it felt like this office was charging me for every little thing. The last straw was when I showed up for my 6 month cleaning (appt made 6 months prior at my previous cleaning) they asked me to pay $275 for an office visit with the dentist, x-rays and a cleaning. When I stated that I was not prepared for this charge and the appt was made for just a cleaning, the front desk just repeated that this was an office visit, xrays and cleaning and did not even offer to just keep the cleaning appt. Like I can't get my teeth cleaned without seeing the doctor? Then I called the Corporate Office to file a complaint and they said they'd have the office manager call me to get clarification --- still no phone call. Since I no longer have dental insurance, I can go to any office and I will. It is just a shame that they treat a long-time patient as a stranger. Dr. Trombly was the consummate professional in performing my first ever root canal. The procedure was painless and unremarkable. (That is a good thing.) While in her care, I asked why the dental industry doesn't rename the " root canal" procedure as it strikes fear in so many? She then quipped , it is now an "Endodontic rehabilitation." She is a seasoned professional that I would highly recommend for any procedure from simple to complex. Do not go hear unless you enjoy throwing your money away for needless procedures! I went to have my teeth cleaned only and get established as a new patient as we recently relocated. I had just saw my dentist in Naples FL less than 6 months ago for a crown fix and was told my teeth and gums were in great shape. So, I arrive for what I assume is a few X-rays and a cleaning. After 16 xrays, a panorex, and a full 3d scan,my gums we're irritated to say the least as I have a small mouth. They hygienist urgently accesses that due to redness I should have an inflammatory gum prep every 3 months indefinitely until they determine if they are healthy enough to have a cleaning. Ridiculous! I was irritated at this point and then the doctor came in, I tell him I'm just here for a cleaning and not interested in coming back multiple times just to get one. He states that he understands, but doesn't hesitate to offer me an Invisalign consult for a single crooked lower tooth. Ugh, the nerve I could hear their recited routines throughout the building as they convinced a few naive elderly folk of the same sham procedures. This business is more interested in optimizing their billing than honestly servicing their patients. Such a pity. read more

The only reason I am giving aspen dental in Vero beach three stars is because the hygienist there is very nice, and really cares about her job. She is friendly and talks to you while she works, which makes being there better. Now, on to the other things. I have really good dental Hygiene and they made me have two appointments, which I personally felt were unnecessary and a means for them to make extra money. The first appointment was a gun treatment and then the second one was super meaningless... This second appointment took like 15 minutes and it was nothing they couldn't have done at the first appointment. They charged me like 80.00 for that second appointment for the hygienist to look at my teeth and simply polish them. The dentist never saw me or checked on my teeth during either hygiene appointments which I found odd. The ladies at the front are alright. They don't tell you too much information about what they are scheduling you for or why. Overall, I will probably go somewhere else in the future. read more

This office is a scam. I have always had good oral hygiene and gotten regular cleanings and exams. I have never even had a cavity. I recently moved to Vero Beach and came in for a routine exam and cleaning and was told I have early periodontitis and would need $2000 worth of deep cleaning and afterwards would need to come in every 3 months for regular cleanings. I consulted with a periodontist and was told that the exam these people did could not accurately determine periodontitis. The hygienists at the Aspen Dental in Vero Beach, FL have done a great job of saving my diseased gums. They provided great deep cleaning and good advice and seemed to really care about me as a patient. I am not affiliated in any way, just satisfied customer. Their care is not inexpensive, they charge stiff fees for their work, so I hope you have good insurance, I did not but paid myself to get good care for troubled gums. I was not happy with the their selling practices, where they take you in a room much like a car salesman and give you an estimate with all sorts of high priced, high profit margin and marginally needed services. I made a grave mistake by using Aspen Dental in Vero Beach, Florida. I retired to Vero Beach 2 years ago and needed to find a dentist. After seeing them they said I needed a scaling which I had only a year before and a root canals, 2 crowns and a front tooth extracted and an implant installed. I've been to the dentist in DC every 6 months for 70 years. I brush and floss twice a day and keep my teeth perfectly clean. They billed me over 5 thousand dollars up front not including the root canal by another dentist, even though I had Metropolitan life Dental insurance. It's been 6 months now and I still don't have my front tooth implant. All 3 temporary crowns fell off twice, which has not happened ever when using other dentist. Now today, I received another call stating that my implant isn't in and put me off another week. It's been 6 months since I started this horrible, horrible experience and I assure you I will never use them again when this is over and would never recommend them to anyone. I went in for what was suppose to be a simple extraction, which turned into a nightmare. I was referred to this particular Aspen Dental because our local one in town was booked up until sometime next week and I needed this tooth out ASAP! I was told I would get a free full exam being a new patient and a 20% discount applied to my extraction, which I called twice about yesterday before even making the appointment. When I got there and went to pay they were refusing the 20% until I made a fuss about it telling me they were associated with Aspen Dental but were a "private office". What was suppose to be a simple extraction they charged me for a surgical and the tooth was NICE and sturdy yet she broke it in half to extract it making it a surgical. Claiming since a drill is being used it is now a surgical. And from what I have reviewed, TOOTH REMOVAL. A simple extraction - this procedure is on a tooth that can be seen in the mouth. A surgical extraction - this is a more complex procedure, which is used if a tooth may have broken off at the gum line or has not erupted in the mouth. Tooth was large, there, hole in the middle but not crumbling was not below my gum line but she purposely broke the tooth in half I'm assuming to make it seem like a "surgical" extraction. Was very rude and told me I needed to be seated in the backroom in 5 minutes or she would NOT do the extraction on me. The receptionist who is NOT EVEN A DENTIST had the audacity to start arguing with me and my husband after I had mentioned a lawyer about this saying they would not service me if I talked about a lawyer so that's a red flag for me on what the hell are they trying to hide. If you are doing nothing illegal, or wrong then why would you tell me you wouldn't provide me service? I may not have insurance or a perfect mouth, but I'm far from a damn idiot like they wanted to treat me. Extraction took all of 10 minutes. I don't understand how that's surgical. Period. They just wanted an extra 60$ from someone who doesn't have insurance. I will absolutely, positively never be back to this location again.
