My dentist Dr. Dan Paulus is FANTASTIC a few years ago while making a bridge for me he found cancer in my mouth and thanks to Dr. Paulus I'm still here to write this review. If it wasn't for Dr. Paulus I would most likely be gone because this cancer spot didn't look like anything to worry about. Today I went in for a root canal and I'm still waiting for the pain to start and it's been a few hours since I left his office haha if it's like all the other visits I may not have any pain, that's why he is Painless Paulus.... I was referred to this office by my dentist who said I needed a root canal. My dentist always gives…read moreme pre-meds before working on my teeth because I have a mechanical heart valve. I arrived before the scheduled appointment to ask about these pre-meds. The younger one told me that they do not give pre-meds to patients with my condition. Additionally, the receptionist was not wearing a mask, but told me masks are required. She said she was vaccinated, so she was not required to wear one. I informed her that even though one is vaccinated that individual can transmit Covid like anyone else that is not vaccinated. After hearing all of this, I did not feel comfortable having dental work done by this office and will seek other options.

I myself am very particular about dentists and have had a lot of issues with dentists in the past. I went to a periodontist earlier in the year and I felt like they were trying to rip me off so I switched dentist on my wifes recommendation. I found the reception folks to be helpful and quick to answer questions. The hygienist was friendly and dr ash really out things over the top. A good doctor can explain issues in a way that folks can understand,no pressure and give different options. Dr ash made me feel at ease and explained all kinds of facets of my personal dental issues -all without making me feel like he was trying to sell me anything. My wife told me that dr ash and staff meet every morning to review each patient that is coming in that day. In addition they check in post appointment with all patients. Highly recommend.

We were told they still took Delta dental but not our current dental insurance, so we switched back over to Delta and returned. I requested MY patient records and informed them that I was recommending my family (ALL ADULTS) and others leave their practice as well- office personnel cancelled all upcoming appointments for my family and sought out my family members to inform them i had requested their records (not only complete LIES but also unethical). This particular staff member cut me off when i said "I can't believe the rudeness" to scream at me that she can't believe my rudeness and proceeded to hang up on me. When owner Dr finally got involved I was "warned" about "aggressive language and behavior" when I show up to pick up my records.
