My dentist Dr. Dan Paulus is FANTASTIC a few years ago while making a bridge for me he found cancer in my mouth and thanks to Dr. Paulus I'm still here to write this review. If it wasn't for Dr. Paulus I would most likely be gone because this cancer spot didn't look like anything to worry about. Today I went in for a root canal and I'm still waiting for the pain to start and it's been a few hours since I left his office haha if it's like all the other visits I may not have any pain, that's why he is Painless Paulus.... We spent a good amount of time discussing the smile and he was thus able to beautifully correct my slightly inverted teeth. I have never been so confident in my smile and I have also not stopped receiving compliments since I got the veneers. My partner's smile is also incredible now and one of the fun parts of the process was seeing the differences in our preferences such as the shade of white we each picked and the shape. Heimke really works hard to listen to your preferences and personalize your smile. I am writing this review to share my experience after receiving cosmetic dental bonding on multiple…read moreteeth at this practice. While the cosmetic bonding was meant to improve my smile, I am less happy with how it looks now than before. In my experience with one specific tooth, the material did not appear contoured flush to my tooth structure, leaving what felt like a noticeable overhanging margin. Because it did not feel properly sealed against the tooth, it created what felt like a constant trap for plaque and food, making it incredibly difficult to clean. Due to my concerns over potential gum irritation and the risk of decay under the material, I chose to visit a different dentist a few days later to have the bonding fixed and re-contoured. As shown in the attached photos, which I took just a few days after my initial appointment, the top of the bonding on this tooth was raised over my gum line and did not appear attached to my actual tooth structure. My photos demonstrate my experience clearly: I could easily slip dental floss directly behind the top front edge of the bonding because of this physical gap. Furthermore, the material feels excessively bulky in my mouth, and the final shapes of the teeth are aesthetically unappealing to me. I spent a significant amount of money here on cosmetic work. Ultimately, I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with these results. It is not only frustrating, but heartbreaking to invest so much money into a procedure only to feel unhappy with the outcome, and I truly wish I had gone elsewhere!

I was especially appreciative of how pretty she made me feel by complimenting my outfit. She was kind without being patronizing and seemed to understand exactly what she was to do when she was to do it. I also liked how she worked with the other professionals. It seems like a real team is at work and everyone gets along so well. This is not always the case. The Dental Technician-"Bri" was also amazing. She fit and refit my implant impression until it looked and felt exactly like I want it. Let me tell you, they are BEAUTIFUL!!! Bri was so patient, gentle and skilled. She then had the Dentist double check her work to be certain it was exactly the "smile" it should be for my facial bone structure! My only issue for this visit, was the curt treatment from the office manager, Katarina .When I was asked how I was doing. I answered, "Not too good, Katarina, since my appointment was at 10 & I have been sitting in this chair for an hour". I was told that it was a busy day and that "Doc" was dealing with a difficult procedure & there were a lot of patients before me. She then turned around and left. I believe I deserved better treatment despite the situation. I also did not think her off -the- shoulder sweat shirt and jeans looked very appropriate for her position but then I am old. Also since I started this procedure 12 months ago I have seen 6 different dentists! At this center alone there have 3 different receptionist, Katarina being the rudest of all of them and 2 different Dental Asst who have been lovely. Where is Meagan? Where is that first receptionist who really did smile and welcome me when I came into Aspen? I just wonder now if my plan of care will truly be finished or once my implants are placed, I will be shoved out the door, with a "Good Riddance" since I paid for everything in advance!

They are very prompt, I have never had to wait very long once arriving for an appointment. Very accommodating and flexible to make appointments work. Dr Coreno is quite friendly and will chat, but unlike most dentists, doesnt try to carry on a conversation while all of his tools are in my mouth. Appointments are very efficient and time effective. I have no plans to change dentists any time soon. I have also seen in the office that Dr Coreno is trained in sports dentistry, and offers deals on custom mouthguards to athletes that are patients, an added bonus if you have kids around this age.
