I have "dentist phobia" so I appreciate the care I received in the office and the staff was nice…read more However they take advantage of the pain and anxiety when giving you your treatment plan. I WAY over paid and could have had a procedure done that would have been cheaper but they push towards the most expensive route - I didn't really understand my options either. All this after telling them we have very little to spend. I ended up with good service but can now not go to my regular monthly doctor appointment and get my monthly meds because all my FLEX card was used up by this office. If you do decide to go there take a few days to go over your options AWAY from the office.

I was recommended through a friend and of course being a fairly small town, it was easy to find reviews online. The hygienist that I saw was super nice, friendly and professional. I ended up having 3 cavities, but they weren't mean about it. More so, let's get these fixed so we don't have any other complications or issues. THEY SAID THEY DID, , THEY WERE COVERED. I went in to have a partial made with molars... They charged me $1233.00 but that's not all! supposedly I had to pay in full on the first visit! before doing ANYTHING...!! They took an impression... but made a mistake on it so it couldn't be used , and then had to take ANOTHER IMPRESSION charged me for another one!! Medicare was supposed to pay $1500. But they only gave HALF ($776.00) because , Sharp Smiles WAS NOT in the network!! They should have told me when I called that they were not in my network but led me to believe I was covered. !! Pretty sneaky! they did two impressions and then sent me an additional bill for $724. So $1957.00 total.. when I could have been directed to a "network Dentist" and the whole thing would have been free!! I cancelled my order to have the partial made and they are charging me anyway!! for all the hard work they did talking my impressions!! (I could have done THAT myself (They are going to give me a refund .. but took out over $500, for 2 impressions!! (most dentists don't charge for impressions) I just want you to know, that I never received the partial, and also how dishonest this practice is! DO NOT GO TO SHARP SMILES!! The guy was with me for twenty minutes, my insurance didn't cover it, and it's been ten months and it's still holding. He knows what he's doing.
