On 2/16 and I went in to have all of bottom teeth removed. So I would be getting immediately dentures. And I was replacing my dentures at the top because I had them for more than 15 years. The producer went well and the healing wasn't bad. About a month later which was March I went in to have some adjustment done. Which is normal. But I let them as well that I felt like there was too much teeth or gum. The teeth did not look right in my mouth. They are very oversized. So, from March to May I was going in every week or two week for them to make some adjustment. On June 19th was the day they suppose to do my finally adjustment, I go to my appointment as schedule to only be told that I needed to come back. I was over it at this time because I kept getting mouth sores at the bottom were the dentures oversized. So I finally got to see another doctor. Did I mention I never seen the same doctor. Every time I went I seen someone different. So we are in July now, and when the doctor came in, she asks me to smile and I couldn't. I had to focus a smile. And she said something isn't right, the bit was off, the bit was too hard, and the teeth was big for my mouth. But instead of correcting the mistake at their cost. I had to pay additional 1340.00 on top of what I had already paid for the dental work in order for them to correct the oversize teeth they made. read more

Don't trust this corporate sham. I called Aspen Dental to ask for a simple cost estimate for a simple single tooth implant. I was shopping for a second opinion relative to my current dentist referral to ensure that service providers remain competitive and reasonable. I was very honest about it, and told the phone rep exactly which tooth I needed, and that I wanted to avoid wasting another two hours to go through another complete exam. The rep told me that "everybody is different. We cannot give you any price without an exam." NOT EVEN A BALLPARK RANGE. That is a COMPLETE LIE, which I will explain later... So the phone rep continues her sales pitch, stating that "the good news is we are having a Fall Promotion right now, and all services are 25-30 percent discounted." COMPLETE LIE #2. AND LIE #3: The Aspen Dental website explicitly states in writing that "Implants are 25% off". So... based on believing ALL THEIR LIES...I bite the bullet and decide to waste another 2 hours to drive to Aspen and go through an entire mouth of exams and xrays, when I explicitly informed them that "I need a single implant in a specific location." Fast forward two hours (not fast enough)... Their 9-month (YES... 9 MONTHS) extended multi-exam (aka MULTIPLE EXCESSIVE CHARGES) treatment plan comes back WAY higher than my regular dentist... AND NONE OF THE PROMISED DISCOUNTS (See Lie #2 and Lie #3) were applied. TOTAL VIOLATION OF FTC TRUTH IN ADVERTISING LAWS. And... coming back to Lie #1: The price they gave me for the treatment plan was created using a standard boilerplate pricing calculator template that HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE RESULTS OF THE EXAMINATION. Step 1: Select tooth location Step 2: Press Enter Step 3: Give would-be patient exorbitantly-priced 9 month implant treatment plan that is the same for everybody. They could have given me the same information over the phone without wasting my time for an exam. Aspen is a Franchise dental place. the owner is usually the "Office mgr" they sell treatment far more expensive than other dentist then finance you with Rooms to go style Financing. They tried to do nine fillings in my mouth in one sitting. other dentist said I probably didn't need 1/2 of those. They messed up one one and the filling fell out when they tried to redrill it it got to close to the edge and cracked tooth had to get a crown where I needed was a filling. The dentist they use do not own the practice and they get a cut of the work so more fillings more money. read more

They financed me thru Fortivia1200 . They made me a temp set of Dentures and said come back in six month's for permanent Dentures. They told me I owed 1662 dollars like my finance ment nothing and wouldn't keep there agreement. Medicare said they tried charging for tooth removal when I didn't get them Removed there. Dentures do not fit, overcharged my care credit for $450 and will not repay, Aug, Sept, Oct sent me a statement for $75, with no other service my Nov statement was $675, called and tried to talk to the dumb office manager, was impossible to talk to, she told me she had no idea why my statements were $75 when I owed $675, don't know what her qualifications were to get the job.. If you want to be scammed and have your time wasted, Aspen Dental in Buford is the spot for you. I arrived to my appointment under the impression I was having a cleaning when all they did was take over an hour of my time to do an "exam" then try to upsell a $300+ "deep" cleaning (with an included charge for a $100+ toothbrush) and give me an estimate for wisdom teeth removal. Both procedures would have to be scheduled for another day and paid in full before I could even make an appointment. They also consistently tried to push me into financing my wisdom teeth removal which I politely declined but they still tried to run my credit to see if I was approved. I left feeling like my time had been absolutely wasted but decided I'll just find another dentist. Well, apparently I had not heard the last from Aspen Dental. I received a bill today for the "exam" which they boast as free on their windows and throughout their marketing materials. It's far from free! Do not visit this location and instead try to find a different dentist that will not waste your time or money. read more

Asoen Dental is the worst business. I went in to get a treatment plan for a partial based upon several broken teeth that need to be extracted and I needed a partial. about 6 months ago went to a private dentist and they gave me a treatment plan that was $1600 out of pocket. I moved and so went to sspen dental thinking I could get this treatment started. however, they gave me a ytayment plan for $17,000 for the exact same issues. The dentist listed 7 crowns that were needed not one of which was covered by insurance. I stated that I was not going to doa $17,000 treatment plan. the office manager took the crowns off the treatment plan it went down to $300. when she went to have it approved by the dentist the dentist would not allow the deletions and said I had to do the $17,000 or nothing. I said no and as a result, they refused to send me anything over the pharmacy, after stating that they would. I called 2 times asking when it was going to sent and ready in an hour. went back, no prescriptions. the dentist refused to call something in because I did not agree to their ridiculous treatment plan. so much for customer service. they are a ripe off. I would say even unethical. they try to price gauge you and when you do not go along, they do this. if I could contact my insurance and ask that they do not pay for this horrible service, I would. read more

I would not recommend going to Aspen Dental in Gainesville Georgia at all. They are very nice at first. They charge you up front for services over the next 6 mos. Then you are stuck. They won't refund your money if you lose faith in them which I did during the extraction process. They told both my husband and I we needed to remove all my teeth and all of his top ones. Due to expense we both had one arch done at first. He had his top ones and the immediate dentures were so oversized he never wore them and his perm ones are made badly so no suction on top they pop out when he talks and he cannot eat or do anything with them in. Went back to Adjust and they immediately blamed him and said they couldn't do anything else. 2500.00 for him to still have no teeth to use. Mine is a nightmare but basically same outcome they hurt so bad they give me screaming headaches and I cannot wear them.dentist said my fault for having protruding bones in mouth. Seems to be their go to excuse for poorly made dentures or not getting mold right. He will not even consider he might have made a mistake. They do have the money back guarantee but from what I understand it will take an act of God to get it any money back from them but I'm going to try because we're out $5,000 and neither one of us can eat or drink with dentures so no going out to eat and I can barely make it all day with the ones I have just to make it through work and those are my temporary ones I can't wear the permanent ones at all. read more

First let me say, I am petrified of dentist. The horror I've been through in the past was such a disservice but then due to an infection & no one being available I found Aspen Dental. From the initial phone call I was handled with professionalism and most important to me, they treated me with care. They made sure to get me in immediately, next day 7:30am. My own dentist told me I had to wait 5 days. Every single person from the front desk, Shannon, to Alma, Ashley, Jacki (who held my hand while getting shots in my mouth lol) to the billing dept, Bhumi who tried every avenue to help me due to my insurance denying coverage to ofcourse the dentist, Dr. Reyes were ALL super amazing and overly & genuinely caring. They explained everything & they make you feel so comfortable. They have provided me with the motivation, desire & trust to get all the work done I neee. We mapped out a plan & Im super excited to proceed with their services. They are great! read more
