Do not hire this company. They are the most unprofessional bunch I have ever encountered. I called…read morethem out to fix a roof soffit that had been damaged by high winds. They sent some guy out for 5 minutes to look at the work I needed done, then they didn't contact me for 6 days. When they finally called, he tells me immediately "my system is down but it will cost you $1,200 to fix" I ask if he will replace it and he says no, we'll "pull it back into place" I told him I wanted a list of the work they were going to do before I pay. and he says that's all they're gonna do. My advice: Find a roofing company that knows what they're doing!

Hugo Roofing of Laurens, SC is an outstanding roofing contractor. Hugo, Travis and the entire team…read moreare exceptional service providers. I found them online as I live in Atlanta and my parents needed a full roof installation in Spartanburg SC. I reached out and Travis contacted me immediately. We agreed to meet in Spartanburg a few days later. He inspected the main house and shed, we discussed expectations, he told me about the company and team and he promised a prompt estimate that would be fair. There was no pressure or any unusual charges upon my review of the estimate. Throughout the process the engagement was professional, the team was timely working 12 hour days, they cleaned up daily until the project was complete and they welcomed my interruptions as I asked a few questions. In the end, the project was completed on time, on budget, as promised, with a warranty and my parents couldn't stop saying how beautiful the house and shed looked when they finished. On behalf of my family, well done Hugo Roofing! You went above and beyond to exceed our expectations.
