Family friendly, great place to shoot. Took lessons here with my son, knowledgeable and thorough instruction. Fair prices. Some lanes down for repair at times, but never had to wait too long to shoot. Friendly staff. read more

Wow what an amazing shop! Woman owned and operated! I have never met a more knowledgeable and straightforward person! All other gun stores are great but this woman is ten times better and more knowledgeable' Great service, great prices and just a Ray of sunshine . I will only frequent this gun store! If it's possible for her to get what need she will have it!!!!! If you are bitching about something they don't have do your research I don't even live near the store but I will always travel to it!!! read more

Came here today for the shooting range & traveled about 30mins. Arrived at 3:20 just to find out that they stopped taking people at 3:30. When I pointed out the time the guy said "yea okay, well we're not taking anymore". Maybe the business should update their webpage . Management contacted me via e-mail following the visit apologizing saying they would update the site, we're sorry about the inconvenience and suggested calling first. Found a closer range to accommodate me and my group. read more

I read some reviews and thought I'd go by and purchase a Glock 30sf from here as I was close by. I had my paperwork in hand to move forward. Upon entering, I was the invisible man. I patiently waited to be helped. Nothing. Granted the staff did have customers and I get it. However the turning point is when another guy walked in and was promptly greeted as I stood by the gun display case. I turned around and left immediately. I will continue to do business at Cordelia Gun Exchange. Jesse is about as friendly as you can get. The customer service there is second to none. C'mon guys, it's guns your selling. Have a little more courtesy to customers making your paychecks. Typical "I have the power" gun store. Nothing special. read more

Walked in and asked if they did private party transfer and the wonderful young lady behind the counter said sure bring it in. Quick helpful and thorough. And they have a decent selection of firearms. Will definitely be taking business back to them... Be sure to check out their awesome selection of hilarious T-shirts read more

I went to Sportsman's Warehouse and was thoroughly disappointed with their customer service. That was my fault for going there before coming to ASP Armory. The staff at ASP is professional, knowledgeable, and talk to you with respect. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again! read more

Great staff and every time we have been we have never encountered a wait. They could maintain their lanes a little better but they are much better than the range across town. read more

I have never owned a gun and I went here because of the ratings and it was the right move. I went in and they were very patient with me, they explained the guns and which suited my need. They did not try to sell me the most expensive gun. I ended up purchasing a M&P shield. Then the fun started.. I had an issue with my license and it kicked me back a few times. The team stayed patient with me and even offered me a refund for the troubles the DMV was causing me. I declined and we waited it out. I signed up for a safety course with instructor Joe and that was very useful. Finally, when I got my issue squared away and waited my 10 days, they showed me great customer service by allowing me to use their computer to pull one final form of Identification.. They never once rushed me, they were nothing short of top notch! I will continue to purchase from them and recommend people to them. read more

I don't do too many yelp previews but I have to give a shout out as a local family business owner myself the owners and the employees here at ASP are kind knowledgeable friendly and very customer service oriented. Their selection is amazingamazing the prices are more than competitive and if they don't have what you want they will find it for you. Shop local & support your small businesses. I decided to get back into shooting in the last 6 months after many, many years away. Heard from a friend about A.S.P. I went in a few times before I actually purchased anything. But every time I went in I was met by someone more than happy to answer my questions. At first I felt nervous being that I'm a chick and asking questions about guns felt uncomfortable! Ive got to say though not once did any of the 4 different people I encounter ever make me feel silly or out of place. In fact they took the time to answer my questions and always welcomed any more questions. They didn't want to just sell me a gun, they wanted to make sure I understood the mechanics and maintenance as well as proper use and safety. If you're new to guns, returning to guns or just looking for a great local gun shop to support A.S.P. on merchant in Vacaville is the spot! Great prices but even better, knowledgeable people who appreciate your business. read more

Clean lanes. Typically pretty busy. Call ahead for a guaranteed lane or gun rental or even better just buy a gun there and you won't have to worry about renting. Typically renting will run about $35-40. Their FFL transfer fee is about $100. They sometimes close at random times so either follow them on social media or of course call ahead. The staff are agreeable and knowledgeable. They are a Glock blue label dealer if you're MIL/LEO/ETC. They also do some minor gunsmithing sights installations for example but I'm unsure of the extent they go. Overall it's the best place in the surrounding area for any of your firearm needs. read more

Awesome shop and indoor range with a great group of people running the show. Love stopping by whenever I am in town.

Awesome range and store. Great relaxed atmosphere. They are not uptight like a lot of gun stores. They know their stuff and get it done. The gals who work there are really knowledgable and understand firearms. On top of they are really cute and have the coolest tattoo art. read more

Won't shop here, won't shoot here. I've been in a couple of times. The first time I was gun shopping and the owner told me he couldn't get me the gun I wanted so tried to sell me something else - really the hard sale push. I wanted to test shoot to see if I was willing to compromise and then was told it would cost me $40 to test shoot. ????? So I left and purchased exactly what I wanted elsewhere. The second time, I did my CCW training there (didn't realize when I signed up that the training company used that range). While we were taking a break, I was just cruising through the shop looking at ammo and stuff, and the owner was following me around like he thought I was gonna try to rip him off. Nope, won't shop here, won't shoot here. read more

Are you kidding me? These guys wanted to charge an additional $5 on top of the purchase and DROS to store a gun for the ten day waiting period. Just another sleezy company trying to squeeze out more money from the already overpriced California gun market. And to put that cost on the California gun buyers is just trashy. They say they are Veteran owned. That may be but there is no integrity. And any Veteran knows that integrity is held to the highest honor. Needless to say they did not get a sale from me. And i was ready to spend money. Id rather spend my $5 on some customer service with integrity. read more

The staff are knowledgeable, laid back, and helpful. Best gun store I've been to and will continue to support.

First time shooter at a range. I took my son, also a first time shooter. These guys are awesome. Helpful, cool. On their game. We will only go there. read more

This place is great! Customer service is super helpful and patient! Don't forget this place can be lots of fun! You can rent everything you need at the facility, no need to bring anything. Everyone minds there own business, you can have fun shooting your targets in peace. One thing I will mention is make sure you sweep the gun shells around you so you can avoid falling. Also as a curtesy to others coming after you. Highly recommend and I will be returning! read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Every time my wife and I go in to shoot, purchase a firearm, browse the endless inventory, or ask for product advice the incredibly knowledgeable staff always comes through with A+ and FIVE STAR service. My wife and I have been going there since they opened and we will continue to give them our business. They are Veteran owned and operated, strong 2nd Amendment supporters, and are super knowledgeable. They always treat my wife and I with great respect. When my wife asks the simple/first time shooter questions they answer and explain without the "you're an idiot" stare....the team is a class act. Cheers to them, the range, and the inventory! We try to visit once a week to shoot. The range is always clean and we feel safe there. They are huge on cleanliness and FIREARM SAFETY! Don't be suprised if you disregard firearm safety and are asked to leave. Thanks Ammunition Supply Point! read more

Terrible customer service. 5 guns on the wall. Nerf gun pistol in the gun case. No one spoke to me for 10 minutes. I walked out. TERRIBLE STORE!!! read more

It's pretty nice. I will go there again. They could probably use better airflow. Maybe it was just a hot day, but the air was thick with chemicals (powder) - if you have some respiratory issues you might want to take that into consideration. Try not to get the booths at the far right. You have the guy on the left's shells ejecting at you all the time and sometimes they are pretty hot going down the back of your collar. read more

I've been a patron of ASP since before they had their FFL. After my experience in the store today, I feel as if I've stepped into that place for the last time. I tried to purchase two items both of which happened to be labeled wrong. Then was rudely talked down to by the owner for asking a simple question. read more

Super great place. It was my first time even touching a gun. They trained me at my speed and were super helpful. I'd definitely go again!

I needed to get educated on gun safety and guns period! As a newbie at all of this I just needed step by step guidance. They literally held my hand thru this whole process. I feel comfortable and confident in my new found independence of owning a gun and being safe about it. I want to say thank you to this amazing business for all they do! read more

It's a very busy place and mostly focused on people checking in for the gun range. Borderline rude staff, had the feeling they are not interested in selling guns. Had 3 different guys in 5 min showing me a couple guns I like to see to decide what I want to buy. Not one of them explained anything about the guns. They have a great selection of guns and solid amount of accessories. Just develop some customer service please! read more

Great place to shoot. Staff is friendly, lanes are are well lit. Nice selection of firearms for purchase as well. I'll be back whenever I am in the area. read more

It's a small shooting range with about 8 lanes (I believe). It was kinda of crowded when I went on a saturday around 1pm, the wait was about a hour. But, everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful. I didn't feel rush or anything. I'd definitely recommend if you're in the area. read more

$100 for an FFL transfer!?!? Get outa here. I won't use their range or purchase anything else from here since learning that.

I was in here today, and I just have to say how downright disrespectful the staff was. The guy who actually helped me was great, besides that at 4:35 they already had all the guns packed up and said it was too late to shoot (they are open til 6). But the rest of the staff was just sitting on their butts not doing anything. A man walked in a bit before 5pm and wanted to use the range. They told him that it was too late. And he walked out. But, when he walked out, the staff started making jokes about how "he can go somewhere else and commit suicide" -- "I know, right? Just dont do it here! Haha!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? SUICIDE IS NOT A JOKE. And this place is owned by a veteran, who should be aware of how many veterans commit suicide every day. Plus, the man was perfectly kind. Nothing to warrant those kinds of comments. (Not that ANYTHING would warrant that) Unbelievable. read more

I'll start by saying that I've purchased five weapons from ASP and I shoot on their range regularly. When my daughter is in town it is on her "Must Do" list. My sons, both veterans of the 75th Ranger Regiment, and I use the range when they are in town and they always have a good time. I've introduced friends to shooting on the range and they've always had a pleasant experience. The prices are the best you'll find in the area and the staff has always gone out of there way to be helpful from shipping a rifle out of state for me to assisting in private party transfers and of course multiple purchases. I happened to mention to my wife that I'd seen a vintage pistol I was interested in that ASP had on consignment after stopping by one day. My wife stopped by on her own, not an easy feat for a retired nurse with little experience with gun shops. She was so excited about her experience with the staff at ASP that she drove me back to the store to buy the gun. I expect she'll be a regular window shopper. That's a great thing for me and a bad thing for my wallet. My point being, how often do you find a gun shop that can turn a wife that tolerates a husbands hobby into an enthusiastic supporter. It takes a special staff to accomplish a feat of that magnitude. One last point. If you want to shoot a long gun, go to an outdoor range. Don't blame a quality indoor range for your lack of research and leave a bad review because the best you can do is look at a logo. read more

Was passing by and decided to shoot to pass some time. It's not the biggest place but still pretty nice. They participate in the blue label program or did last time I was there so that was nice not having to drive all the way to Sacramento just for "LE" weapon. Would definitely recommend this place if asked about it. read more

My first time back at this location since being reopened under the ownership of Ammunition Supply Point Solano (or A.S.P. according to their business card) was an absolute delight! I've been coming to this location since 1999 when it was known as The Shooting Gallery. And after that closed down I continued to go under the management of Center Mass Shooting Range. And both had great management, staff, customer service, and facilities. And it seems A.S.P. is set to carry on the tradition! I received very polite service from the staff who were very cordial and didn't make me feel pressured or uncomfortable. And although the layout of the store itself has changed from the previous ownerships, it's still a much more open and inviting layout than Guns, Fishing, & Other Stuff which seems more cramped in comparison. And to top it off, the price for shooting here is even cheaper than it was under Center Mass. Don't know if they'll be able to handle FFL transfers as of yet, but I'll definitely be continuing to come here for my range time! read more

Nice pistol range, Nice gun shop. Moderate selection with a decently knowledgeable staff. The prices are middle of the road and nothing to write home about. Staff aren't snobby, as with many gunshops. I came in to make a purchase on a Glock but was steered towards not just settling on a baseline handgun and got something I've always wanted (CZ75b). There are some gunstores you need to steer clear of but this isn't one of them. read more

I used to go to this place when it was called Center Mass. And when they closed it really bummed me out because I'm not too big of a fan of Vacaville's other indoor shooting range. And quite frankly Yolo Sportsmen is awesome but a hell of a drive for a quick pew pew session. I'm a fan of the ASP retail location, and have purchased my last two firearms from them and have had superb service each time. So when I heard they had purchased the CM location I was pretty juiced. I love how modernized and clean the place is. Fair rates on range time, targets, ammo, and friendly staff. I'd highly suggest this place to all my pew pew friends and family. read more

I have bought 3 or 4 guns and rifles from the guys here and let me tell you they are not pompass asses as the other big gun and fishing store.I ask what I would call stupid or silly questions and they answer in a kind and easy to understand manner. The only place I give my gun business to. George, Chelsea and their staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Being ex-military it also is a plus that they are veteran owned! If you're new to guns or a seasoned pro, they will help you out without the condescending attitude, arrogance, or pressure you will find at other shops. Plus the range and rentals allow you to try before you buy! I have bought 5 firearms and done 1 private party transfer there, all the prices were fair and customer service was phenomenal. I'll be buying more soon! read more

They did a great job renovating the old Center Mass range and place their stamp of excellence on it. Locally owned, great price, good selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff, I love this place! read more

I recently purchased my first handgun here (not my first firearm). Staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was able to test out the pistol before I made the purchase too (They didn't charge for the lane). I have been too many gun stores and you often run into people who don't want to help or give judgemental looks because your not a expert in the field. This was not the case at ASP. I'll definitely come back again. read more

I've been here quite a few times now and I suppose it's about time I did a review. Hands down, best range in vacaville/fairfield area. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. It's your average indoor range. But I like the fact that the prices are fair and customer service is top. Definitely worth the visit and is my local go-to range. read more
