I chose to take all three of my OAE assessments at this location because of them. They treated me with kindness and handled every situation with the utmost professionalism. On my second assessment, Pearson had decided to do an automatic system update mid day. Even though that caused a large delay and the need for many to reschedule, Erika and Cora handled the situation with grace as they worked hard to meet the needs of the 8 other test-takers in the building. Finally, the atmosphere in this office is amazing as well. The waiting area, restrooms, and testing room are all spotless. The entire place is clean and organized. I especially appreciate all the plants and relaxing music in the waiting room. It really helped ease my test anxiety when I walked in.

He's an athlete so we thought we would struggle with finding the time & would he actually be willing to put in the necessary effort. He pleasantly surprised myself and my husband. He did not complain once about going (three times a week for an hour or longer). Grades aren't final yet. But definitely looking better then what we've seen In past years. We are very surprised & happy. If this much improvement can be done in a semester I would love to see what a year does for him. My sons confidence has grown which was my biggest want for him. The staff @ The Tutor Club was always professional & very nice (supportive). Can not say enough nice things. We will be back.

I learned a lot, not just about reading, writing, and arithmatic, but about social skills, music, and art, too. I'm not sure what the school is like anymore. The building I knew and grew up in was demolished in 2006 and replaced with what appears to be a smaller, more "modern" facility. I just remember being a student and loving every second of it. I had teachers who encouraged learning and cared about their students. I had two wonderful principals who took their jobs seriously and, while completely different in personality, they took care of the students in their charge. It was a safe environment for everyone.

I took the mock exam two days later, having done no extra studying, and I couldn't believe how well I scored just based on the class learning alone. He teaches in a way that makes the course material stick in your mind, even when you don't think it is. As I continue my self-study before the scheduled exam, I find myself referencing the notes from the class far more than the PMI books. Truly, a 10/10 experience, and if I seek out any more certifications I'll be checking to see if he is instructing any of them so I can sign up for his classes.
