Absolutely wonderful experience! My husband and I got deluxe pedicures and I got gel polish with chrome on hands and feet. The owner greeted us and gave us mimosas while we had our service done; they used clean tools and brand new packs of scrub and lotion. The owner was so kind she gave us frozen homemade soup to take home! Who does that?! She did! I felt so welcomed :) They are open late and very accommodating! The pedicure lasted four weeks and a whole cruise of beach days and pool time. The gel mani peeled faster but I wash my own dishes so it could be overuse and water exposure. The whole spa is clean and well kept, beautifully decorated and shows a beautiful beach scene on the tv at all times. read more

Make sure to call for an appointment! Following up on my opener. That's what I did but my call wasn't picked up. I was going to call back another time but to my surprise I got the call back, which never happens when calling nail places. It seems small but it's the little things. I wanted to get my acrylics and tips removed. Mostly focusing on keeping my nails healthy. Simon took a look at my nails and gave me his expert opinion to maintain them. This was honestly very welcomed. They gave me a ton of information and tips they would recommend... Which again is very different from usual nail places that rush you into picking a color. Rose was the one taking care of me. She honestly is the sweetest. You can tell they both enjoy what they do and they absolutely care about their clients. I don't really like to talk when I get my nails done but she made me very comfortable and was so careful with my nails. I did have to come back because of a small issue but they fixed it right away with no attitude and no complaints. The first time I came there I cannot remember the guys name who did my 1st pedicure. That was one of the BEST pedicures I ever had. I was so pleased and I wished I could remember his name so then I came back 2 more times and had David who did my pedicure both times. He did not remove any bad skin on my feet. Did not remove callouses or anything. All he did was wash them a little bit then trim, put 2 acrylics on my big toe and polish them. He rubbed my feet with towels hot rocks. He did not even rub lotion, oil, etc. after or before finishing polishing up my gel. I did not select the cheapest package for pedicures either. Also the 2 fake acrylic toes are not event the same size or shape. They do have really good customer service I will give them that. But quality and prices are a no go. read more

They did awful on my nails. My nails are crooked and way to thick. My nails are so thick and heavy they hurt my fingers and that's not normal. Since the moment I walked in the customer service was excellent. It was my first time and they were all busy but very attentive to me. They are appointment only but luckily someone cancelled as I walked in. They all wore masks and required customers to wash their hands when getting nails done and sanitizer for the those only doing pedicures. They also directed all the customers by their names to make it very personal. Simon was amazing! He was very attentive & professional. He makes great MIMOSAS! He asked me how I like my water (no one ever asks) how I like my toes shaped, about my day and just about me. Simon helped with my ingrown toes. Made me very welcomed! I had the pleasure of getting serviced by Rose. She was so polite and sweet. I was greeted pleasantly as I entered. She offered me a beverage (which I declined) but insisted should I change my mind to let her know. The Spa is very clean and sanitary, I felt very comfortable and safe. I got a pedicure but the way I was serviced felt like I actually got nail care. I even expressed that many nail spas only focus on designing nails but not actually supporting healthy nail care. After my pedicure another Spa employee immediately cleaned and sanitized the chair I was serviced in. I got a full set with gel polish. The work is neat and clean. Great nail salon. Clean environment and friendly service. We called first before we did a walk in and they were able to squeeze us in within 15 min of calling. We live practically right around the corner so it's convenient to have a decent nail salon near by. This place is brand spanking new and just opened last month. The owners are friendly and welcoming. They offer all kinds of different services. We did the $45 pedicure and I got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. I am very pleased with my nails and my pedicure. The polish selection was great also! Relaxing beaches show on tv in the background. Ahhh. Very cute decor. A lot of people ask if they have the plastic liners in the pedicure tubs and they do! They used a fresh set of tools out of autoclave on each of us as well. Each worker had on a mask also. Didn't visit the restroom so I can't comment on it. They offer a drink with service and we each enjoyed a wine white. It was good! Very sweet. Simon did my nails and made sure I was happy before I left... he's a perfectionist which is awesome. I rely heavily on reviews to determine the businesses I will patronize. I'm extremely disappointed at the fake reviews that have been given to this business. As an establishment with 5 star reviews I expected top tier service. Rather, they left much to be desired. They (Simon and Rose) were nice but extremely arrogant and pushy. I understand the need to upsale services, and everyone who has visited a nail salon has experienced this sales technique before. However, It made me extremely uncomfortable and had a negative impact on my experience. Customers don't want to be hounded and have to repeatedly say no thank you throughout their entire service. Rose went so far as to say that I needed to trust her after politely declining multiple additional services. The employees were nice but just way too pushy. My pedicure came out bumpy. It was so awful that my BF asked me if I did it myself. The gel manicure was just ok. After seeing their work he commented that I should have refused to pay for the service. I never leave reviews but I have to say this salon absolutely deserves a 5 star rating!!! I really love that they value each and every single client. From what I have experienced, no one is rushed and is always treated like a VIP. Did I mention they offer complimentary soda (coke, diet coke, sprite), huge bottled water, red/white wine AND mimosas??! Service is impeccable, conversation is great, and they always go above and beyond for the nails that I want! It's been exactly two weeks and my nails look just as beautiful as they do the first day. I'm a very picky individual and they 100% delivered. The design and shape was exactly what I wanted and it's still soo pretty in every angle. Rose is especially talented, super kind, and considerate. She is now my main nails/eyebrow person! I also love that the workers wear masks/gloves and customers are socially distanced/required to wear masks. Makes me feel super safe! I will never return! The staff was nice, but it is way to over priced. The lady who did my nails just did a color change for me. I wanted a simple design on one nail. She tried to do it but I didn't like it, it was very messy. I told her to take it off and just leave the solid color. She had told me $40 with the design and color change. At the end, she then wanted to charge me $45. I asked her how it went from $40 to $45 without the design and no fill. She replied saying, "it took me a long time to do the design you just didn't like it." I was like umm since when do nail salons charge for time, it was not my fault she could not do the design. Worst place ever!!!!!!!!!! The service was so horrible. The guy was so pushy and rude. He kept throwing my hands around aggressively. He put all my nails on crooked to the point it wasn't fixable. I had to ask "Does this look straight to you?" Which at that point service ended. I've never been spoked to in such a rude way. I will never go back there again. I would stay away.
