Just went there last night after reading many raving reviews, and seeing it on Fooding. It was…read morepacked but we managed to get a table. The service was so so, which isn't a major problem. After all I was going for the food, not the welcome.
The nems were ok, mais sans plus. The Bobun was mediocre and the soup with shrimp ravioli was flavorless, with the dumplings pretty much like the frozen variety...
Also, if you are expecting a full range of vietnamese dishes, this isn't the place, as the menu is pretty limited. It has a good range of vegetarian options, hopefully with more taste than the 4 dishes we tried.
It's cheap indeed, but there are other cheap and flavorful options. Very disappointing, especially in view of all the good reviews.
