I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and service provided. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces, which immediately put us at ease. I was able to make an appointment online via Solv App and they were ready to take us back when we arrived. The facility itself is bright, colorful, and inviting. The waiting area is clean and well-organized, with comfortable seating, not that we spent much time there. What really stood out to me was the quality of care we received. The pediatrician and nurses were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind, taking the time to explain everything to us in a way that we could understand. They were also very thorough in their examinations and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. One thing that really impressed me was the level of communication and follow-up care provided. The pediatrician made sure to give us clear instructions on how to care for our child at home, as well as follow-up instructions for our regular pediatrician. Overall, I would highly recommend this after-hours pediatric care center to any parents looking for high-quality, compassionate care for their children.
