I haven't tried, but I am sure they can/will special order something for you if you like. The pricing seems reasonable. And don't make the mistake that I did and go first thing in the morning. If you do, the store is a wreck. There night crew leaves the store looking like it's been hit by a tornado. Also, they don't get up early enough to get fresh stuff from the deli. You have to go no earlier than noon with every other asshole in this crappy town and go scrap for whatever they might have. One time I went and got these pretty good chicken strips from the deli. That was months ago and I haven't seen them since. This place is run haphazardly by clowns with no discipline and no consistency. The only reason I gave 2 stars was bc they are the only alternative to Walmart which kills my will to live. Grocery shopping in an overcrowded town that has less choices than pre Katrina when there were half as many people. It's a low quality of life and this Rouses isn't making it better. Half ass.

I did some searches, found this place on Google, and decided to give them a shot. I was ordering for multiple people, so I ended up getting 2 po-boys, a falafel wrap, and baklava. One of the people who got a po-boy said it wasn't regular mayo on the po-boy, but rather either tahini or tzatziki. Now mind you, this isn't necessarily a bad thing, but could be jarring for someone not expecting it. The falafel and baklava were mine. I thought that the falafel wrap was good: flavorful and saucy. It was a bit messy, but I seem to always make a mess when eating falafel sandwiches. I was excited about the baklava, but unfortunately it wasn't very good. Maybe it had been sitting for a while, I don't know, but the flaky pastry had lost some of its flakiness/crispiness and had become a bit chewy instead. One odd thing is that you get your food bagged at the checkout counter, which is separate from the food counter. This doesn't sound bad in theory, but meant I ended up carefully holding 3 hot sandwiches, a small takeout container, and a menu while waiting in line at the checkout counter. The man at the register was very friendly though, and recommended their chicken shawarma; I'll have to try that at some point. It bears mentioning that along with food and typical convenience store items, this place also has a meat counter/market. They sell things like raw steaks, ground meat, turkey wings, pork necks, chicken drumsticks, sausage, etc.

They have bins of loose dry beans, tamarind, hibiscus, and more you can bag yourself. There are some shelves of pastries in the back by the butcher counter. The butcher is worth noting because it was pretty cheap, or at least the chicken was: drumsticks $0.59/lb, leg quarters on special for $0.49/lb. The meat is not pre-packaged, so if you wanted to buy just one drumstick you could. Spanish seems the primary language - obviously - but they understood my pathetic "cuarto pieces" request. There is also a food counter with some plastic tables set up as a dining area. I didn't see a menu, but I didn't look too hard. Food looked pretty good. Easy enough to get to, shares a sizable parking lot, worth checking out.

Some of these people are concerned about YOU so they might share their wisdom on say religion to enhance your life. It's about concern and enhancement. Ask what they mean first, before getting very angry. Kicking a customer out of your store, because they are sharing their knowledge with YOU about religion is not appropriate, especially if they have befriended you, they are 45 years your senior, they have incurable stage 4 cancer and you know they have a good heart even towards other customers. This is a nice and fun place to stop into. Quick and easy in and out gas. Lots of beer, drinks and snacks. EVERYONE LOVES the hot food they cook especially the cracklin's. The staff is SUPER nice (especially Matthew), friendly and willing to help every single time.
