Could be a different type of region or style of dumplings that I ma not used to, but did not love the taste overall. The wrapper was very thick and flavor was a little bland. Flat Rice noodles: Delicious. Big portion, flavorful, came with lots of protein and veggies. No complaints whatsoever. Forgot the name of it, but the serevr said it was one of the most popular dishes they have. Some sort of beef dish that our server said was North Chinese style. Flavorful, a bit saltier then would like, but not an issue once you pair with rice. Just note that tap water is 2 franks per cup. Overall would definitely come back if I was ever in the area.

However, it was in the 80s, and I wasn't about to eat soup on a hot day. Our CHF22 chicken dish came with spicy chili chicken, with ear mushrooms and rice. As in most Swiss restaurant, dish comes with rice, but only half a small bowl for the two of us. The chicken was fresh and fell off the bone, using a chopstick in each hand to peel off. Excellent dish, but could use more white rice. Seven steamed shrimp dumplings came with our CHF18 shrimp dumpling dish. Standard presentation in a steamed bamboo pot, with the shrimp tasty and not rubbery. Had to pay CHF4, or $4.28, for two glasses of tap water. Will remember next time to bring my own water to guzzle down prior to stepping into a restaurant in Switzerland. Authentic Chinese food served here. How do I know it's authentic? Any time they serve meat dishes with the bones still in them, in a sauce, it's authentic, as Americans don't want to mess around with bones in sauces. Also, only Chinese eating here.

Our waiter was excellent and all in all this was a great meal.. if you come here try to get a reservation first since at 8 pm it's totally booked and no table for you. Very poor service: old man running the restaurant was highly impatient and wife scammed us on price conversion -- tip: they only accept cash. The value is terrible. The equivalent of 60USD (50CHF) for a grease-soaked plastic container of fried rice (incredibly bland and tasteless) with a count of (5) small strips of chicken and a heart-attack-inducing greasy noodle dish, served with more salt than is in the Atlantic ocean. We tried to be hospitable and nice to the owner, but they responded with indifference, short temper, and annoyance. Insanely rude service, especially from the chef. Yeah, I understand, the prices in Switzerland are crazy expensive, but I wouldn't feed this food to my dog. Not worth $30 a dish. My tip? Don't go. Unless you want to be insulted and go to the least hospitable place in Murren.

The service is good, and everything comes out in a timely manner. However, the pad thai lacked some flavor and maybe I should've asked for it to be spicier. We had the fried rice, and again the seasoning lacked on it. I mean it was good, but it didn't taste as fresh as some of the other places we went to. Good not great, and probably the best choice for asian in this small town.

Came here to eat back in May after a long rainy excursion in the mountains. It was opened later…read morethan other places. I was still having stomach issues so didn't really eat on this European trip but the broth gave me life. It tastes pretty authentic for being in the middle of Zurich, or a little bit out. Tastes better than a few places I've had in the states . The lady that was there, I'm sure is the owner, was really sweet. Was so happy us foreigners chose her place to eat our home food. Definitely is expensive, because $25 for a bowl, but the price is the same all over Switzerland.

Simply delish! The chicken was surprisingly moist, not dry at all. It came with the usual accoutrements, and boy oh boy, the hot peppers they put in their fish sauce were amazingly nuclear hot! Logistics: they have their own parking and contrary to what's in the profile, they do accept credit cards. If we were ever in the area again, we'd most definitely come back.
