Ordered tonight through doordash. I thought the food was mediocre. The shrimp toast was not very tasty- very bland. I ordered the Mongolian beef dish and my mistake since I really don't like spicy-it was supposed to be spicy and it was - too spicy for me but it seemed that the spice was disguising that there really was not a very tasty sauce or any great flavor. I've had this dish before and I was disappointed but I am not faulting them for the spice because that was upfront. I ordered the dim sum appetizer figuring I would get a selection of dim sum but only got five pasta objects filled with beef that also did not have much taste. Shrimp pad Thai also bland. The food here is very basic Asian--nothing gourmet. But everything we ordered was good. Lo mein was tasty and they didn't load our take out orders with fried rice which we were happy about. During the pandemic we are finding that many Chinese restaurants are giving huge portions of fried rice and a smaller portion of the entree. This was not the case here. My fave local Chinese food place! It's hard to find a take out spot that has different options. I absolutely love the homemade white meat chicken dumplings! We get them pan fried and they are delicious!! Their hot and sour soup is always fresh and authentic with mustard greens. Yum! read more

Great place, friendly lady that takes the order, it does get busy at lunch and lots of people eat-in here (they serve your food on a actual plate if you eat-in and brings it to you) but since lunch time is limited I like to order over the phone for take out then eat out of take out cart inside so the food is ready when i go there. In that case just ask for paper plates. My favorites from there: 1. Yang Chow fried rice: taste just like from Chinatown, generous with the shrimp and roast pork, uses white rice by default (which is what real Chinese restaurants uses) takes a lot of chef skill to make a good fried rice. 2. Singapore noodles (scramble egg, shrimp, curry stir fried with thin rice noodle) also very good, noodles are tender and cooked perfectly, not clumped together. 3. Beef ho fun (flat rice noodle stir fried with marinated beef) again, taste like the Chinatown classic, each piece was noodle was cooked very well, no clumps or any mushy-ness (very common if the chef isn't good) 4. Chicken Wings and fries platter: very juicy wings and seems larger than typical take out size. Ask for chili oil with your wings (not hot sauce) , its freaking addictive with a pint of white rice. Getting hungry just thinking about it. But do prepare for longer than average wait if you don't order ahead of time and there's other people. read more

I didn't know what to expect from this place, my roommate said that it was the best he had from this area, I doubted him lol. So I ordered what he ordered, fried chicken, fried rice, shrimp roll and teriyaki chicken kabob. So the chicken was good not the best though, the rice was good once you add soy sauce and shrimp roll was a little stingy with shrimp but had good flavor. The star of the meal goes to the kabobs, my 2 year old daughter agrees lol. They were very delicious and stayed hot the entire travel home which was phenomenal. Even the second day they were still as delicious as the first day and it came with 4 very meaty kabobs...Mmm next time I'll try the mein fun that I've been reading about and of course those phenomenal kabobs read more

The only thing I wasn't happy with was the pizza egg roll (who orders those with Chinese food anyway?) The chicken lo mein and beef and broccoli were delicious. The egg drop soup was more on the thicker consistency, compared to others. The egg rolls were yummy and fresh and crunchy. Over all, I was very pleased. Last time we ordered it took 1.5 hours - ordering on a weekend, yes, but it's not like we ordered $100 worth of food that would take forever to cook. Tonight we ordered from there and instead of sending me lemon chicken (which costs $9.50) they sent me a platter of sweet and sour chicken. Probably the worst overall experience I have had. When we ordered we were told our order would arrive in 30-40 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later and the lukewarm mess arrived. Everything including the soup was soaked in a corn starch base. The vegetables in the chow mein were cooked to mush. After trying to salvage it $25 in food went into the garbage and we ordered pizza.
