We ordered two mains -- a sichuan soy chicken dish and a sichuan smoked tofu dish -- as well as some stir fried morning glory (total: 700 SEK!). Everything was incredible: spicy, richly flavoured, fairly authentic. This was one of the best Chinese meals we've had outside our hometown of Vancouver, which is hard to beat for authentic Chinese. Sometimes I'm not really sure what's in a dumpling I'm eating (I can still find it good though) but these dumplings were full of flavor and I could really feel the taste of mushrooms and salmon in the fish dumplings. You can choose between 8, 10 or 12 pieces of chicken, beef, pork, vegetarian, salmon or shrimp dumplings, and there are also some other dishes on the menu, e.g., noodle soup. There's also the choice of mixing different dumplings. I tried salmon, shrimp and vegetarian (10 pieces, 97 SEK) - they were all very good. My colleague tried the beef and he enjoyed them very much. This was not casual or occasional glances -- it was persistent and made it difficult to relax or enjoy our meal. The restaurant was far from busy, with only about three tables occupied, so it's hard to understand why this behavior occurred. We paid for the buffet, finished our food properly, and our children were calmly enjoying fruit at the table. Despite this, the atmosphere became so uncomfortable due to the staff's behavior that I felt forced to end our visit early -- something no parent should have to do while their children are happily eating. If a restaurant is unhappy with customers spending time at their table, then opening a buffet concept is a strange choice. A buffet should be welcoming, relaxed, and family-friendly -- not a place where guests feel watched or rushed out.
