We wanted Vietnamese food (I am from Saigon, Vietnam originally)....OMG food was so fantastic here!!! So pleasantly surprised, it was better & more authentic than the Vietnamese food in NYC. Who would've guessed, in a small city near Nurnberg, there is such great food. It's a "mom & pop" family owned restaurant. So the own gave us free shots of his homemade herbal/ medicinal wine, it was so smooth & strong, lol I was super surprised & happy. The chicken was tender and duck properly fried.Overall with all these dishes and beer it cost us around 20 Euros for 2 persons, which was just perfect. The prices are less, but the quality and taste of food was surely not compromised. The service was quick and the lady (probably the owner) was friendly. Instead, you get a huge plate full of different kind of sushi, and once you're finished you can ask for more. The next plates won't be as big and it's always the chef's choice, so you don't get to choose what kind of sushi you want (apart from vegetarian or vegan, you can always ask for those options), but it's a nice alternative to the other sushi places - and I like surprises! =) The price is really low, 10.90€ for all you can eat, including a starter of your choice. It is probably not the best sushi of all times, but it also not bad at all - considering the low price, the quality is really decent and you definitely won't go home hungry. The ambiance was lively and the food was delicious. They really focus on presentation at the restaurant. Our chicken gyoza was fried perfectly. The exterior gives off a nice vibe, modern plainism. The food was very good. I had a selection of sushi consisting of 12 Hosomaki and 6 Cali-rolls. They were nice enough to make me a custom 6 hosomakis with surimi which normally isn't on the menu from what I saw. The prices are very tolerant! The cucumber in the Hosomaki was really fresh and had a great crunchy and juicy texture. They offer a decent menu, and delivery when you request 20€ worth of product. The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. I'm happy to have found this place! All in all I suggest visiting the place if you want quick sushi either to go or sit down for a break.
