It's near other museums and interesting places in downtown Roswell, NM, namely the UFO Museum and the Main Street Art Gallery. The collection includes mini houses from various time periods, cultures, and styles. There were several other interesting collector's items scattered throughout. The lone staff member that we spoke to was very friendly. She encouraged us to put a pin of our birthplaces on the giant USA map near an upcoming gallery. The gallery, "Our 50 States from Plate to Plate" will be open later this spring in honor of America's 250th Anniversary. A gift shop was to the left with some miniature items for sale. Street parking was also free.

I can't believe this place doesn't have more reviews! I can't speak enough about it. It makes me…read moresad that more people aren't interested in this cute little gem. I absolutely die for miniatures and I've never of course been to a museum for one! I was so excited to see all the hard work people have done over the years! It's amazing and sad to see all the hard work of people who are no longer with us! Everything was so beautiful, if I lived in town I would love working here or helping fix up the scenery of the miniatures! The amount of videos and pictures I could upload are endless. The woman working there was so nice and told us so much about the art set ups, the old piano there and how everything in the doll houses work. If this place ever closes down I want EVERYTHING THERE! There's a gift shop too with some random local stuff and also others minis and vintage houses! The selection was kind of bare. I'm guessing because it's a small town and idk if people are into miniatures like I am. But we really enjoyed ourselves. My husbands favorite set up was the circus! So much fun. Thank you!

They have only scammed me out of $ 44 (22 of which I've gotten back after raising hell) but are now trying to accuse me of fraud claiming that someone is using my scan card. Only problem is, I never had a scan card and though I had a 7-day trial (which I made use of via a PHYSICAL PAPER PASS that I might still have), I was not impressed enough with the gym to go through with signing up for a membership. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and am going to research my options for pursuing legal action because they are THAT dishonest. Update: just looked at their profile on better business bureau, looks like Taylor did make a complaint but the business didn't respond. I'm sure I can expect similar treatment to my own complaint. Be very careful before engaging with these crooks. Update: I have now also filed a consumer complaint with the New Mexico Attorney General.

There is a giant field you can bring blankets and lawn chairs to watch the field on, OR you can stay in the gravel parkinglot and watch from there. The view in the open sky from the park is spectacular. I stayed in the gravel parkinglot because I was also lighting fireworks which is another plus to being there. A ton of people who attend bring their own fireworks and they are lighting them off before and after the show. The fireworks display at Cielo Grande park is also known to be Roswell's biggest fireworks display. Definitely come here to watch fireworks if you are in town for the 4th of July!
