I handed over all of my private, highly sensitive financial information to this so-called tax preparation company after they promised a clear 3-week turnaround. Outside of that, no updates, no responses to calls or emails, no explanation. Just silence. They have completely ghosted me. At this point, I am deeply concerned that this is a scam operation. They're in possession of my full identity--Social Security number, income records, banking information--and have vanished without a trace.
